𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙩𝙮𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙊𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙨

𝙰𝙽𝚇𝙸𝙴𝚃𝚈 𝙰𝙽𝙳 𝙾𝙻𝙳 𝙵𝚁𝙸𝙴𝙽𝙳𝚂

Harry had always had bad anxiety, so when he went on XFactor and was put into a boyband that became one of the biggest in the world of course he was nervous, beyond nervous, but he soon got used to being on stage with his four best friends and it reduced to pre-show jitters which was normal.

But then Zayn had left the band and that anxiety came back, Zayn leaving broke him and Harry had probably been the most upset about it being the most sensitive and also a bit clingy towards all his friends.

It had taken him almost the majority of the time that was left within the band to be back to normal but of course, they all went solo, proving to be another huge setback.

Not only was he nervous about being on stage again, alone this time, but also because it was songs Harry had written, with others of course but he had written on every single one so he couldn't exactly put the blame of the fans not liking it on someone else.

When the band broke up, Harry had almost lost contact entirely with the boys, Niall being the only one he still spoke to and met up with on the daily, but after reaching out to the others things were starting to get back on track and they were becoming, slowly, the brothers they were before.

And that's how Harry got to the position he was in now, leaning over the toilet in the arena, more nervous than he was ever before in his life, throwing up.

It was Harry's first solo show ever, he had been nervous and excited for the day since it was announced, and he had naively invited everyone he knew, his friends and family, everyone, and the fact that he had also invited the boys didn't help at all.

He had even sent a message to Zayn, not expecting to even get an answer as the pair hadn't spoken in years, and he was proved right when he didn't and that did piss Harry off a bit, he was still sort of mad at him about not showing up for Louis that time.

"Harry? You in here?" He hears an all too familiar Irish accent call just as he gags again and is in another round of vomiting, "I'll take that as a yes" Niall says, scrunching his nose up in disgust at the foul smell of the bathroom.

It takes a while for Harry's nerves to settle again, he didn't even have to go on stage soon, it was only 3 in the afternoon.

"Sorry about that" Harry apologises rinsing his mouth and washing his hands, he'll brush his teeth in a few minutes when he gets his toothbrush, "It's alright, how you feelin' bud?" Niall asks, "Not good, I'm so nervous" Harry sighs as Niall pulls him in for a hug, "Don't worry about it H, everyone coming is here because they love you and your album" Niall tries to reassure, "I know, It's not the fans I'm worried about" Harry says.

Niall had always been the one to comfort Harry, especially with his album being released, the two had always been close, "Harry, the others love you, they know how talented you are" Niall says and Harry sighs.

"Still, those two wrote some of the best songs in the band Ni, and we've only recently patched up our friendship, it makes me nervous" Harry says nervously, "I'll ignore your first point on the behalf of you being nervous even if I do sort of agree" Niall says making Harry chuckle.

"Listen mate, Louis and Liam are going to be proud of you, they already are and there's no way they'll un-friend you for messing up a bit" Niall says trying to comfort him but failing.

"Oh God you think i'm going to mess up?" Harry panics making Niall face-palm, "No! Of course not! That is not what I meant" Niall says back swiftly and Harry takes a deep breath, "Sorry, I'm just nervous, I'm gonna go brush my teeth and try to clear my head, I think I'm glad Zayn isn't coming" Harry says wandering off to do what he said.

Niall panics a little after hearing that, he had somehow managed to get in contact with Zayn again after a few years, it wasn't easy but it worked and after seeing how upset Harry was when he didn't respond to him he decided to take matters into his own hands and well, managed to get Zayn here as a surprise for Harry, hoping it would make him feel better.
