Harry and Y/N were closer than ever.

They spent every moment of every day together, never getting tired of the others presence.

Harry was the sweetest most loving person Y/N had ever met, she'd known that for a while but she couldn't highlight that about him enough.

Ever since they kissed he'd been more handsy than usual, it started with their usual cuddling during a film and escalated rather quickly from there, they constantly had to be touching each other one way or another, from holding hands to gentle touches.

For example right now they were at the farmers market, Harry had let Y/N hold the woven basket he'd brought after she had begged him for a little, she said she wanted to feel like she was in a Victorian age film, Harry told her she would've hated the Victorian era if she had been living in it and Y/N just laughed, Harry gave her the basket with a smile and slipped his hand into her back pocket.

They'd been walking like that for the majority of the time they'd been there, Y/N leaned into his side with the basket in her hands and Harry's hand rested in the back pocket of her shorts.

"What do you fancy having for dinner tonight?" He asks, lifting up a jar of jam with his free hand and placing it into her basket, "I'm not sure, whatever you want is fine," She shrugs, an idea popping into her mind when she spots the bread stand, "Hey, do you want to go on that hike you've been wanting to go on tomorrow?" She asks and Harry raises a brow at her.

"Really? You want to hike?" He asks with a smile and Y/N scoffs and rolls her eyes at him, "No, but you do and you've been making this trip all about me, it's time we did something you want to do," She shrugs, "Well, I want to make this trip about you, I like doing the things you enjoy little human," He responds, pressing a kiss to the side of her head and Y/N's stomach erupts into butterflies.

"Stop being sweet. Come on, let's go on the hike tomorrow night, we can watch the sunset it'll be fun," She smiles, "It does sound fun. I'd love to go hiking with you," He grins, pulling her closer into his side and Y/N's cheeks heat up, "Great then it's settled. I have a great idea to surprise you," She adds.

"You don't have to surprise me, you being there is more than enough." He tells her seriously and Y/N swears her heart melts, "Stop being so nice," She laughs, "Can't help it that you make me sweet," He shrugs and Y/N covers her face and laughs.

"We better hurry up here, it closes soon," He tells her and she nods, "Yeah okay, what else is on the list?" She asks and Harry pulls the small piece of paper out from his pocket, "We need some bread and some honey," He says and Y/N nods, leading him towards the little stands.

When they're checking out Y/N pulls her purse out of the tote on her shoulder and Harry is immediately tutting at her, "I'm paying," He tells her and Y/N shakes her head, "No let me get this one," She argues, "Absolutely not," Harry says seriously and Y/N pouts at him, "I've barely paid for anything! I feel useless," She whines, "You being here is more than enough, put your money away," He argues back.

The woman at the cash register is smiling at them as they bicker back and forth, "I've had many a battle like this in my day, just let him pay sweetheart, they're relentless," She teases and Y/N feels heat crawl up her neck whilst Harry grins, "He's so stubborn," Y/N chuckles, "You two remind me of my husband and I when we were younger, he was as stubborn as a mule too," The woman laughs and Harry and Y/N both break out into a huge smile.

"How long have you been together?" She asks and Y/N goes to tell her they aren't together but Harry beats her to it, "A few months," He says and Y/N looks at him in surprise, "That's lovely, the trick is to treat every part of your relationship like the honeymoon phase," The woman says and Harry nods, "I plan to," He says and hands the woman the money for the groceries.
