Chapter 12

The next day we all got called to go to the great hall. Dumbledore had a few announcements, i walk in to be pulled down onto a seat by Elijah.

"GOOD MORNING STUDENTS AND TEACHERS" Proffesor Dumbledore says loudly. "First we need to start off with sorting our newest student into a house" he says glancing at Elijah. He calls him up and the dusty hat gets placed onto his head, "SLYTHERIN" it screams out. I smirk knowingly and clap along with the others. The proffesor starts talking about a triwizard tournament and i feel myself spacing out, someone tugs on my arm and i get pinned onto a wall in one of the empty classrooms.

I look up to see Mattheo, i internally groan. "Leave me alone Mattheo" i say.
"NO i broke up with Pansy as soon as i heard what happened from you yesterday" i tried interrupting him, "Mattheo it's whateve-" "NO i did NOT mean that and I'm really sorry y/n for everything i did. I didn't mean to cheat on you or kiss Pansy" he scrunches his nose in disgust. "I lo-like you alot and you can't be kissing random guys darling" he puts his hands up wrapping them around my neck. I suck in a breath when i feel his cold rings connect with my skin. Kinky. I smirk, "Why not?" I say pushing my limits. "Because your fu*king mine y/n.
Get that through your head, and you'll always belong to me" he says with a calm voice. I shiver underneath his touch. His hand travels from my neck straight to my thigh. He grips it and rubs up and down. I slightly bite my lip nevously and he uses his teeth to tug onto my bottom lip. I hold in a soft moan as he trails his lips from my ear to my neck. He lets go looking me in the eyes and i feel a coldness surround me without his touch. He kisses me harshly and i respond pulling onto his hair, he groans into the kiss and his left hand squeezes my neck softly.

I hear chatter and i pull away seeing the assembly/announcement was done. "Your mine" he whispers before swiftly walking out leaving me with swollen lips. I walk into a bathroom and see a dark hickey on my neck exposed. It showed me i was really his and i smiled as my fingers traced over it.

I walk into the commen room and see everyone looking at me while Mattheo was smirking and fiddling with his rings. "What?" I say. "YOU'VE GOT A FAT HICKEY ON YOUR NECK" Blaise says in shock. I smirk a little before using my hair to cover my neck. I see Pansy and immediatly scowl. "Look y/n Im so sorry-" she starts. Brandon comes in the room along with Elijah and she stares at them for a long time. I scoff. Everyone turns their attention to me. "Don't even Pansy, they've got girlfriends..But wait  that doesn't stop you does it" i say pretending to think. "SHEESH" i hear Draco Say as he was smirking. Brandon tries holding it in and Mattheo looks at me sadly. "Y/n-" i put my hand up, "don't bit*h" i say almost daring her to do something. She looks at me in shock but recovers and sadly nods before walking into her room. "What did i miss" Elijah says as he greets all the boys with a fist bump. He turns to Mattheo but Mattheo just glares at him tracing his fingers over a DAGGER?!?!?   THIS GUY is kinky. Elijahs eyes turn to the dagger  and his eyes widen before backing away. I look at Mattheo and he simply smirks with a cold glint in his eyes. This boy would be the death of me i swear.

I laugh when i think of something. Causing Mattheo to look over towards me. Elijah-a dagger. Its like the vampire diaries all over again. "What's so funny darling" i hear him say. Everyone tenses under his tone and dark eyes. "Nothing..." i mutter. Then Nathan walks in the room and curses kicking a chair over. "What's  up with you" Jacob asks. "The ravenclaw girl has a boyfriend" i smirk. "Well he probably treats her better than you ever could Nathaniel" i reply. He looks over to me and glares hard. "Shut up, you deserved everything i put you through you stupid bit*h-" he was pinned to the wall by Brandon. "Say that to my sister again " he states clamly which makes me grow worried. Everyone was worried at the calm tone. "I said she's a stupid b-" he gets punched square in the face...by Mattheo. He punches him again and Nathan gets knocked out. 2 punches and he was knocked out? Jeez. I see a bit off blood on his knuckles and i grab his arm to sit him down. I grab a first aid kit and wipe away the blood before putting a bandage on. Nobody was bothered by Nathan unconscious. He was starting to get rude to Blaise and Jacob recently so it didn't affect them. They knew he deserved it. Draco was hardly here due to his Father trying to set him up with Astoria Greengrass. Goyle and Crab where in a class along with Pansy. But i couldn't care less about her as long as she didn't make a move on Mattheo or my brother.

All of a sudden we hear a blaring noise and we all file up to get sent to the great hall. I look around to see everyone confused. I take my seat next to Mattheo and look up to see Professor Mogonagal crying?!

"STUDENT AND TEACHERS. I HAVE RECEIVED TERRIBLE NEWS" Proffesor  Dumbledore shouts woth tears in his eyes. "A student has commit $uicide earlier today" i gasp along with others. "I can't answer any questions. The name of the person is a boy in Ravenclaw. Alex. Alex Mccranly." He looks at me as i gasp and put a hand over my mouth with tears in my eyes. Thoughts linger in my mind. ALEX?!?! WHY WOULD HE DO THAT. IT BROKE ME WHEN HE CUT HIMSELF BUT THIS?!?! OH MY GOD. "He left 2 notes. 1 for his mother and 1 for his only friend, y/n L/n" he says looking sadly at me. Everyone snaps their heads to me and i ignore them. I close my eyes trying to brush the tears away but they come streaming down my face. I go up to grab the letter and Dumbledore informed me that he hasn't read it. My fingers linger ontop of  my name written next to a tear mark and my heart clenches. I was his only friend. I spent way too much time on me and i should of visited him in the library everyday. I could've stopped him. It's  all my fault. I start over thinking and more tears stream down my face while clutching onto the note. I see people eager for me to read it but i simply walk out the room and head into the library to sit into his usuall spot. He was the first person other than Brandon to ask if i was okay and not belive it. He cheered me up and i bandaged his cuts. He came out as gay to me. I was the first to know. I was hid only friend and i didn't spend every dau with him. Mabey..just mabey if i spend the day before with him...he wouldn't have.

I open the folded letter and start to read it with shaky breaths..
