The DVIL of Remnant

Volume 3-Chapter 2: Fight!

Both teams stand on opposite sides as they get ready to fight. From Team CFVY's side, Coco holds her purse, Fox puts up his arms, Yatsuhashi grabs the handle of his large sword, and Velvet puts her fists up. For Team DVIL's side, Dante points Ebony & Ivory forwards, Trish puts up Luce & Ombra, Lady points Kalina Ann, and (Y/n) grabs the handle of Yamato. The rain falls as they are all coated by it.

"Three!... Two!... One!..."

"Let's do this!" Dante says.

"BEGIN!!"

Team DVIL are the first to charge right in as Dante immediately goes for Yatsuhashi. Dante jumps into the air as he shoots Ebony & Ivory right at Yatsuhashi, but Yatsuhashi blocks the shots with his sword. As Dante comes back down, he pulls out Rebellion and tries to slam it down onto Yatsuhashi, but Yatsuhashi blocks the sword and throws Dante into a building.

Dante bursts through the building's windows, but he gets back up with Nevan out. Yatsuhashi jumps right at Dante as he tries to hit Dante with his sword, but Dante plays Nevan so purple lightning bolts hit Yatsuhashi out of the building. Dante brings out Cerberus as he throws one of the chains at Yatsuhashi sword, but Dante suddenly stops moving as he looks around.

"What the?*Dante looks at Cerberus* Wasn't I just using Ebony & Ivory?" Dante asks himself.

Suddenly, Dante is hit through the building by Yatsuhashi, and when he passes by, Lady and Trish are seen fighting Fox and Velvet. Trish dodges a strike from Fox's bladed tonfas as she roundhouse kicks Fox away, and she then takes out Luce & Ombra. Trish begins to shoot right at Fox as he begins dodging the bullets, but as he stops moving, Lady comes in from behind and hits him with the bayonet of Kalina Ann.

Velvet sneakily runs up behind Trish as she jumps into the air, and wraps her legs around Trish's neck. Velvet leans back as Trish is launched back onto her stomach, but Lady quickly aims Kalina Ann at Velvet and shoots a rocket at her. Velvet gasps as she jumps away from the rocket before going behind a large piece of debris.

Trish walks over to Lady as they await for Velvet to come out, but when she does, they're surprised to see Velvet with a crystal copy of Kalina Ann in her hands. And with one click, a rocket is shot right at the pair, forcing the two to jump away. Fox walks up to Velvet as the copy of Kalina Ann disappears.

Trish flips into the air as yellow electricity coats her wrists, and with that, she hits the rocket to one of the buildings. Suddenly, both Lady and Trish stop moving because they thought they heard something from each other.

"Don't fight them, Trish/Lady. We should let them take the others." 

Trish and Lady look at each other with confusion as they stop focusing on the battle.

"What type of suggestion was that?" Lady asks.

"I didn't suggest anything! You were the one that came up with that ridiculous idea!" Trish replies.

"Alright, you think it's funny to just play around to be able to eliminate more people!" Lady says back.

"Hey."

The two look to the right to see Velvet standing right there with Fox and Yatsuhashi. Suddenly, Fox and Yatsuhashi go right at Lady and Trish, not letting them refocus as Fox punches the two and Yatsuhashi launches them out of the arena with the force of his blade.

"Oh! Lady and Trish from Team DVIL are eliminated due to ring-out!"

"This doesn't seem good for Team DVIL, Peter." Dr. Oobleck says.
