(A/N) sorry this took longer then expected but I've made the decision and I hope you guys understand why I made this decision anyway enjoy

Lilly's POV

I knocked on Hanjis door asking if I could come in. She lets out "ahuh" and I come In and see her sitting on her bed.

I sigh and sit next to her on the bed she had dry tear marks on her face.

"Heya hanji"

"Hey Lilly...."

"How are you feeling?"

"Like shit...."

I sighed "I heard what he did...and that your pregnant..."

She sighed "yeah....and being pregnant is my main problem right now"

"Well we can both figure it out together" I gave her a reassuring smile.

She nods "I think the best option is to sadly.... abort it....as much I don't want to having a child right now....is not the best idea"

She had a good point... especially with a new threat....they could take her child away from her....or worse

"I do really want a child but....not right now...." She started to cry

"Hey, it's ok..."

"Is it though? I'm taking away a life of someone who isn't even born yet"

"Hanji you can't do that to yourself"

"What do you mean?"

"You can't keep blaming everything on yourself...you know that everything isn't your fault right?"

"But it is-"

"No it's not, you're just making your own decision...there's nothing you can do about the situation you are in now besides make your decision and if you think it's the right thing then screw what other people say"

She nods "thanks...."

"Hanji I know lately it has been hard...for everyone but I know the people closest to you will understand your decision because your not alone in this world you have alot of people who care about you....don't forget that"

She nods "ok, ...but what about Erwin....if he was here right now he would change his mind about who the next commander Should be ...I was being a fool...."

I sighed "commander Erwin chose you for a reason even if he was here he wouldn't put you down and blame everything on you, he would help you get through it because he was your friend sadly he's not with us but I don't think he would have changed his mind about not making you the next commander"

"I guess your right...."

"We all make mistakes hanji....that's humanitys number one flaw and everyone has it.... No matter how perfect you are you will always make a mistake that's just the way people are made, you can't change that"

"You're right.... I guess my mistake was this child...as much as I hate to admit it....I'm just not ready for this child"

"And there's nothing wrong with not being ready...."

She nods "yeah....I'm sorry to my child inside of me....I'm already a terrible mother...."

"Hanji...."

"Lilly...I'm fine I need to face the truth I let down this child....there is no avoiding it....it's my fault"

I sighed "not ENTIRELY your fault....it's Levis too"

She looked at me surprised.

"Hanji I'm not 4 I know how baby's are formed and I know that the man's-"

"YEAH YEAH I GET IT" she cut me off frantically.

I started to laugh causing her to laugh as well....this was a good start.

She sighed "what about Levi?"

I shrugged "you're not going to do anything about him until he gets his sorry little midget ass over to you and gives you a straight apology because you deserve an apology from him and he has to be the one to say it first".

"But after we maybe make up, then what?"

I shrugged "I don't know I don't live your life so it's up to you"

She looks down "after we take care of our enemy I want to live a free life and raise a family.... properly"

I smile "that's not a bad idea hanji"

"What do you wanna do after this is all over Lilly?"

I shrug "I honestly don't know...maybe return to the underground"

"Eh? Why?"

"Hanji I was raised there....my family died there sadly and I can't abandon my old home I know that place sucks but it is still my old home"

She sighs "well if that's what you wanna do then I'm not stopping you"

I smile "I also enjoy beating up older men flirting with younger woman"

Hanji sighed "just don't die on me Lilly"

I laughed "no promises on that hanji"

She smiled and laid back "thank you Lilly..."

"Anytime Hanji it's always nice to talk to a friend..."

Hanji smiled "yeah agreed...and Lilly if I do have a family in the future....you are Always welcomed to come visit"

"Thanks hanji..."

I give her a hug and she sighs "well I guess I'll go talk to the doctor....and you know"

I rubbed her back "it will be ok I promise"

She nods and gets up, we both walk out of her room and go out seperate ways.

Poor hanji....I can't imagine how hard it must be for her right now....and Levi.... did the worse thing possible...made it worse for her to even get through the process.

I decided to go help Riley in the stables since I already did promise her that I would go help her earlier after talking with Levi and hanji.

As I was walking I saw Levi come out of his room and to be surprised he had dried up tear marks.

I kept walking then he called out at me.

"Oi....Lilly" that was first calling me by my name and not brat.

I turn around "yes captain"

He looked down "could you tell hanji I'm sorr-"

"no" I cut him off.

He looked up at me "why?"

"Levi if anyone is going to apologise to her it's YOU and it's coming from your mouth so don't go ask anyone else and man up and go apologize"

He nodded "where is she?"

Oh shit I forgot she was visiting the doctor.

"Um...she's visiting the doctor right now but will return later sorry"

He nods "thanks...."

I saw him Walk away and I sighed he had to do this on his own, it's not my place to go tell her for him.

I kept walking....I hope this goes ok....
