Readers POV
I watched as Leo walked into the Great Hall with a wide smile on his face. I rested my cheek in my palm and smiled at him as he approached me. He was behind me as he did a little spin and sat down, immediately wrapping an arm around my shoulders. I grabbed the hand that was dangling on my shoulder and looked over at him with a smile.
"What's got you so excited?" I smirked with a rose eyebrow.
"Just the thought that the love of my life is going to give me a chance." He smiled. Love of his life? Ok?
"Well, I am honored to be Leonardo Ericksons one and only lover." I placed my free hand over my heart and took an exasperated breath, slightly leaning back. He chuckled and grabbed my jaw with his free hand, pulling my head towards him and kissing my forehead.
"I would love to meet your parents." My heart stopped, him? Meeting my parents, they probably don't even know him, besides they have been shipping Draco and I since we were young. I heard a scoff from across the table, turning my head to see Draco giving Leo a side glare. I cleared my throat and looked back to Leo with a smile.
"My parents are always busy, the only time would be during the winter or-"
"Perfect! We can have our parents meet as well!" He smiled, oh my.
"Leo, my parents are all about business," I mumbled, he sighed.
"Doesn't Malfoy know them?" He said, looking over at Malfoy who had a smirk on his face.
"Yeah... but-"
"Let me guess, it's because he is bloody rich." He rolled his eyes, now looking at me.
"No you twat, well I mean that's a partial reason but because our parents are good friends," Draco said from across the table. I could hear Leo's breathing pick up, now very heavy.
"You know what, mate? How about you just bud out, yeah?" Leo bounced his eyebrows at Draco, his lips in a straight line that was slightly quivering.
"You know... I think I won't because I know her parents really well. It's best someone like you didn't meet them considering your appearance is the first I've heard of your name." Draco clapped back at him, slowly looking over at me with a smirk, my eyes were wide. I mouthed a threatening, "Stop" to him before he rolled his eyes. Leo scoffed and turned to look at me.
"Looks like, Malfoy is a bit jealous-" A slam emitted through the Great Hall making everyone go silent and turn towards Draco who was leaning over the table, holding onto the table with his pale knuckles now turning to a ghost white as he was trying his hardest to hold himself back. Blood began to rush to his head, now looking like a red pepper.
"Jealous?! Of who?! You, please! Say's the shithead twat that doesn't know how to keep his damn shrimp dick in his pants, not even a day after arriving at Hogwarts, didn't think this lowsome school could steep any deeper even after all the muggles there is! So, before you call me jealous, remember the face you give me when the "love of your life" comes and talks to me or sits by me in class-" Before he spat any more nonsense out, I leaned over the table and placed my hand on top of his, it immediately softened on the table and slightly let go. He turned to look at me, his eyes softening as he searched mine like they were a maze.
"Calm down, Draco," I whispered, I could see his tongue rolling on his cheek as he slowly sat back down, yanking his hand out from under mine and placing it in his lap. Whispers began to spread around, like last month. I immediately turned around to face the other tables, everyone shut their mouths and looked at me.
"Oh yeah. Come on now! Say the bullshit you insecure bitches said last time, maybe spice things up and call me a whore, yeah? I know you are all dying too!" I shouted before a hand placed itself on my shoulder, I didn't even realize Snape was standing in front of me before he spoke.
"Come with me." He mumbled, I scoffed and began to walk with Snape out of the Great Hall. Once we got out of the Great Hall and out of everyone's vision, he stopped and turned toward me.
"Miss L/n. I hate seeing you act out, how will your parents react when they realize you've been talking to a poor pureblood Slytherin? They want the best for you, I've let you off too many times now that the professors are-" We both turned our heads to the groans that were approaching us. It was Leo and Draco, followed by McGonagall. Draco turned his towards me and slightly smirked, I did the same back as I slowly looked back over at Snape who must've seen the smirk. "You know what, just leave, I don't have time for this teen drama." He patted my shoulder, letting out an exasperated sigh, I chuckled.
"Thank you so much professor I appreciate that! Did you get a haircut?" I widened my eyes, he quickly grabbed his hair and lightly swatted me off. I chuckled and turned back to the Great Hall. As I walked in, many people looked at me, but not everyone as the situation was already old news, I locked eyes with Pansy who looked surprised but had a smirk on her lips.
"You picked Leo? Don't tell me I didn't warn you!" She giggled.
"Well you know, would've been the same for Draco if he had come to me first, didn't want to expect anything." I looked at Blaise who now had wide eyes, he nervously cleared his throat and stood up, "whats up?" I whispered.
"Erm, nothing. I don't feel so well, catch you all later." He smiled. Pansy grabbed his hands making him spin back around.
"I'll come with you if you want." She smiled.
"No, stay with Y/n." He smiled as Pansy's hand slid off his. They both exchanged a small smile before Blaise turned and walked away.
"That was weird," Pansy whispered, turning back to me.
"Yeah, very weird," I whispered in response.
