Before I start this chapter I just want to apologize for the wait... I'm going to try to finish this fanfic before the summer ends. Also, since this was my second fanfic, the writing is FAR from perfect, would you guys be interested if I fixed it up?

(third person)

"Now, we need at least two to go up against them-" Lucius Malfoy said at the front of the crowd, staring around at everyone until his eyes landed on his son, Draco.

"We can," Y/n practically mumbled, slightly raising her right hand, everyone's heads shooting over at the couple, "since you know, we're their age, it would just make more sense," She shrugged, not expecting him to say yes.

She was hoping he would though.

"I don't see a problem with that..." He nodded to himself, "Okay, my son, Draco, and his partner, Y/n, will go up against the trio, try to capture them while a group of us will try to fend others away"

As relief fled through her, she began to think about how they'd actually do this without making it obvious.

-

"Draco-"

Turning around, Draco rose an eyebrow at her, "Yeah?"

They were now in his room, getting ready to head to the Burrow.

"How do we avoid making it look suspicious?" They weren't actually going to capture the trio but they had to make it seem like they were.

"I don't know right now... but we seriously have got to stick together," He stated, staring down at her, no expression played on his face.

"Yeah, of course," She anxiously smiled, her heart beating from her chest.

"C'mere," He whispered, wrapping his hands around her waist before he lowered his head, planting his lips on hers.

-

As the time to leave approached them, Y/n and Draco stood with Narcissa, her stomach turning at the thought of them leaving, she worried for the two of them, more than she ever had.

"You two be safe," Narcissa whispered, one hand on Y/n's shoulder, one on Draco's.

"Of course, mother, you don't have to worry about us," He snobbily said.

"There will be tea ready when you guys-"

"Time to head out!" Lucius yelled as dozens of death eaters began to surround him.

-

Approaching the bulky bright white tent as they flew through the air, Y/n's stomach knotted, if they messed up, their lives and their friends' lives would be on the line. The tent was gleaming with bright lanterns, the music growing louder as they became closer and closer.

"Honestly my boy, are you sure you knew him at all?"

Staring at the old lady, Harry's guts twisted at the thought of Dumbledore, had he really been someone else, someone with a lot more history than he'd been told? His gaze now staring outside, his stare fixed on a blue orb flying through the sky, growing bigger as it approached.

Standing from his seat, he slowly walked towards where it was coming from before it flew directly into the tent, floating right in the middle, every lantern going out as the tent went silent, gaining everyone's attention.

"The Ministry has fallen..." The orb echoed, "The Minister of Magic is dead they are coming... they are coming... they are coming," the whisper growing fainter after each sentence.

As everyone grew worried, people quickly ran from the tent, their loved ones in hand.

Flying through the tent, death eaters planted themselves all around, killing many on the spot.

"We have to find them, now!" Y/n shouted over the yelling to Draco, her hand gripping his as she frantically looked around for her friends.

Searching the tent, Draco pointed at Ron who was holding onto Hermione, just as Harry began to make his way towards them. Holding his hand tighter, Y/n pulled the two of them through the crowd, tripping over smushed food and other objects before they finally made their way towards them.

"Y/n-" Hermione shrieked, her chest heaving as she searched Y/n's eyes, betrayed flooding through her veins.

"You guys have to get out of here, now!" Y/n's eyes jumped from each of them multiple times before Hermione quickly nodded, giving her a small smile before the three of them disappeared into thin air.

Turning to look at each other, the two of them struggled to gain their breaths, they did it but, what would they say?

Cocking her head to the side at the sound of a child crying, Y/n let go of Draco's hand, rushing towards the child before something happened before he was killed. Searching through the thinning crowd, her eyes landed on a child sitting beneath a table, rocking back and forth. Squatting down in front of the kid, she watched as his eyes widened in fear before she raised her finger to her mouth, "I'm not bad," She motioned the kid towards her, covering him with her cloak before she rushed the kid out from the tent. Standing behind a tree, she uncovered the kid, squatting down to his level again, "Stay here until they leave, ok?"

Not taking any time to stand around after the kid slowly nodded, she rushed back to the tent to find Draco.

Meeting her gaze again, Draco rushed towards her, grabbing her hand, "Don't you ever leave me again-" He whispered into her ear as the two of them fled from the tent.

-

"I could kill you right now-" Lucius shouted at Draco.

Y/n, Draco, and Lucius stood in Lucius' office.

"Father-"

"You two have been no help at all, you expect me to just believe you when you say they just 'disappeared'?" Lucius threw his hands in the air, trying to hold back as he stared into his son's guilty eyes.

"I don't know what you want me to say!" Draco finally shouted, his arms now in the air, his veins flooding with anger, "Don't you say we've been no help, you'd be nowhere without us!"

Reaching his limit, Lucius struck Draco's cheek, Draco's head snapping to the side.

"I've had enough of your mouth!" Lucius yelled, his shaky finger pointing at him, "I am far beyond disappointed to call you my son!"

Taking a stride towards Lucius, Y/n rose her hand, slapping Lucius across his face before he grabbed her wrist, his hand shaking as he found it hard to hold himself back, "You stupid bitch," He groaned beneath his breath, his eyes stuck within hers.

"Get your hand off-" Draco began to shout before a wand pushed into the skin of his neck.

Dropping her wrist, Lucius stared nervously at Voldemort.

"My Lord-" Lucius began before Voldemort directed his hand to Lucius.

"We don't disrespect our youngest members," Voldemort stated, his face expressionless before he looked back over at Y/n and Draco, "If I find out the two of you are lying, I won't hesitate to kill the two of you in front of everyone, your parents included."
