"Y/n! You're going to be late for breakfast!" My eyes shot open as I quickly looked around, I was still in my dorm.
"I'm up." I snapped at Pansy, pulling my blanket over my head. I heard my door click.
"Get the fuck up!" Pansy giggled, I pushed the blanket off my head and glanced at her.
"I don't want to go." I whined.
"You know what the muggles say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day." She smirked, pulling the blanket off my bed.
"Yeah yeah," I mumbled, rolling and falling off my bed. "I'll be there, I promise, you just need to give me time." I furiously bounced my eyebrows.
"Ok. If you're not-"
"I will be." I walked into my bathroom and slammed the door.
I got ready pretty fast, to be honest, I took one last glimpse at myself in my mirror before I headed out.
I walked into the Great Hall and was immediately soaked with the loudness of everyone's talking, I rubbed my eyes and yawned, heading over to Pansy.
"Honestly didn't expect you to show." Pansy giggled, cutting up a waffle. I hummed and rolled my eyes.
"Mmm well, 'you know what the muggles say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.' I quoted her.
"What's got you all cranky?" Blaise chuckled.
"Couldn't sleep, I don't know why." I rested my cheek in my palm and closed my eyes.
"Draco! Stop!" I heard a girl giggle, I opened my eyes and saw the mystery girl sitting with three people down on the opposite side of the table. Astoria fucking Greengrass. Draco was covering every inch of her neck with kisses. I gulped and looked down at my empty plate. 'Don't cry Y/n.' I thought to myself. I began to bite down on my bottom lip feeling my throat start to compress. I felt someone pick up some of my hair. I looked up and saw Pansy.
"Love what you did with your hair today!" She smiled as she twirled a strand around her pointer finger.
"Thanks." I forced a smile looking back over at Draco. He was already staring at me with a smirk. I raised my eyebrows and shook my head trying to make it obvious that he could've done better. It could've been me. His smirk faded as he moved his hand off of her. I looked the opposite way and smiled, ear to ear.
"Earth to Y/n!" I turned and saw Pansy. She pointed behind me, I widened my eyes and slowly turned. There stood Adrian Pucey. I looked back at Pansy with disgust.
"Hello, Adrian." I shallowly spoke tilting my head.
"Hey, Y/n! My parents are hosting a dinner this weekend over at my manor. I was wondering if you'd like to be my date." He winked. All of a sudden, everyone in the Great Hall stopped talking and turned to look at us.
"My parents going to be there?" I asked knowing they wouldn't.
"No, why?"
"Then no." I glanced him up and down before turning back around.
"That's your loss." He groaned. I looked at Pansy then Blaise and finally at Malfoy, turning my head.
"My loss? That's all yours, darling. You'd be better off asking a muggle." Laughter all around the Slytherin table erupted, I turned my head to look at Pansy and carelessly shrugged my shoulders. "Not him thinking I'd go with him," I whispered.
The day slowly went on, I was heading off to potions stopping in my tracks when I remembered I have to sit next to Malfoy. I walked into the classroom alone and immediately shot my eyes at Malfoy who was picking at his fingers. I let my bag fall off my arm onto the floor next to my seat. He didn't budge he just sat there.
"Not in much of a talking mood today, hm?" I chuckled, sitting down. He slightly turned his head and glanced at me. "Reconsidering dating Greengrass? Told you you could do better last night and I didn't even know who it was!" I beamed with a smirk. He completely faced me.
"Not regretting a thing, Banks. Just tired." He mumbled, turning away.
"Is Malfoy sad?" I bit down on my lip to suppress a laugh.
"Shut up Banks. Nothing's wrong. Don't make me do anything I'll regret." He groaned staring down at the table.
"Hm? What? Couldn't hear you." I chuckled, he looked at me as his face began to twitch.
"Want me to whisper it in your ear? I know how that makes you feel." He smirked, I could feel a desire growing in the pit of my stomach I gulped as I opened my mouth to talk but I couldn't think of anything to say. He shifted his body and placed his hand on my thigh.
"D- don't touch me." I stuttered. He leaned in, squeezing tightly on my thigh making a wince escape my throat.
"So, would you like to give me more attitude? Or will you be a good girl?" He whispered in my ear, shivers bouncing up and down my body as I just sat still and looked down at his ringed hand on my thigh. "Assuming you want to be a good girl." He whispered, I turned my head to look at him, he had a smirk on his lips. His eyes burned into my lips. I slowly looked down at his, the tension deepening as it felt like no one else was in the room just him and I. "Tell me L/n. What do you want me to do?" He asked, inching closer, I looked away from his lips and up to his eyes that were staring into mine. I shook when I felt his hand move to my inner thigh inching closer every second. I broke the eye contact and looked down at his hand, I opened my mouth feeling a moan about to escape my throat until he grabbed my jaw with his thumb and middle finger and put his pointer finger on my lips. "Sh sh shhh." He clicked his tongue. I could barely hear him over all the discussions going on.
"Silence everyone. Get out your essays, they are due at this moment." Snape spoke. He dropped his hand from my jaw. Everyone stopped talking and went to their bags for their work. Malfoy grabbed my wrist and slightly pulled me towards him.
"I better see you at the astronomy tower tonight at nine."
