"How about a small cottage?" Y/n whispered, her head shooting up at the idea.

"I like the idea of that, far more secluded than a normal house," Draco shrugged, agreeing with her idea.

"Eighth year, huh?" She whispered, looking over at him, her head resting against the back of the couch.

"Seems like yesterday we were making our way into the castle for the first time," He sighed, staring up at the ceiling.

"It's gone to shit really... all of it," She mumbled, shifting her body so she was completely facing him, "After all these years, he still hasn't given up," She sighed, directing her words towards Voldemort.

"It's not going to get better any time soon," He slowly looked over at her, placing his hand on her knee, "But I can promise you that we will get that damn cottage," He laughed just as she did.

"Draco... Y/n," Both their heads snapped towards the door. Standing there was Narcissa, "follow me, please," She whispered before she walked off.

Giving each other a brief glance, they thought of everything they could've possibly done that could've led to this.

As they followed Narcissa, they followed her into a room filled with death eaters.

Stopping abruptly, Y/n met eyes with Hermione, her heart beating from her chest as she started walking again.

"Over here," Narcissa pointed at a boy being held up by Bellatrix.

"You guys tell us if you recognize this as Potter," Lucius said as he allowed Draco and Y/n to walk ahead of him.

Pulling the boy back by his hair, Bellatrix leaned forward, "Well?"

"I can't be sure," Draco whispered.

"Draco," Lucius came up behind him, grabbing the back of his neck, "Look closely, son. If we are the ones to hand Potter over to the Dark Lord... everything would be forgiven. All will be as it was, you understand?" Lucius whispered, trying his hardest to hold himself together.

"Now, we won't be forgetting who actually caught him, I hope, Mr. Malfoy," Someone said from behind him.

"You dare to talk to me like that in my own house?" Lucius shouted, not looking over at the guy but at the floor.

"Lucius-" Narcissa seethed, grabbing a hold of Lucius, pulling him back away from Draco.

"Don't be shy, sweetie, come over," Bellatrix whispered, grabbing just Y/n's hand.

Kneeling down in front of the boy, Y/n stared into his eyes, realization flooding through her as she noticed who she was staring at.

"Now, if this isn't who we think it is, Y/n, and we call him, he'll kill us all... we need to be absolutely sure," Bellatrix whispered as she placed a hand on Y/n's shoulder.

"What have they done to his face?" Y/n asked, staring at Harry's inflamed eye.

"Yes, what is wrong with his face?" Bellatrix asked.

"He came to us like that. Something he picked up in the forest, I reckon."

"Or ran into a stinging jinx. Was it you, dearie?" Bellatrix pointed at Hermione, slowly walking away from Y/n and Harry, "Give me her wand. We'll see what her last spell was."

Staring into Harry's eyes, Y/n felt sorrow for him. She knew he could tell though she wasn't able to say.

"Ahhh, got you!" Bellatrix laughed at Hermione before she turned, her face dropping as her eyes landed on the sword of Gryffindor, "What is that?" She asked, "Where'd you get that from?"
