I gazed the compartments as I passed them, looking for him. As I got near to the end, I saw him and all of our 'friends.' They were all talking except him, he was looking out the window.

I slowly opened the door, all heads snapped over to me. I looked into his eyes and noticed something disappear.

"Hey guys." I awkwardly smiled, staring into his eyes the whole time.

"Hey! We were just talking about-." Pansy began.

'The new Slytherin girl that has been here since the beginning of the year that she's just now noticed.' Draco's voice lingered in my mind.

"She's pretty..." Pansy said.

I smiled and took a seat next to Draco.

"Talk to her, Pans." I encouraged.

"Well- I'm not very, ya know... the best at stuff like this... I doubt I'm her type." She awkwardly moved in her seat. "Mum and dad would kill me." She added in a whisper.

I rolled my eyes. "You won't know until you do."

"I guess you're right..." She hesitantly smiled.

I turned my head to look at Draco. His eyes were trying to look at something that was beyond his sight. Before I could do anything, he pulled me forward by my neck.

He let out a relived sigh.

'My mother really got to me last night.' His thumb ran across a patch of skin on my neck.

I raised my hand and touched the same spot. The mark he'd given me.

'How'd she-'

'Guess you accidentally uncovered it.' He shrugged.

His hand slowly moved up my neck to hold my cheek. I sat, feeling unmovable, as his thumb pulled down my bottom lip.

'Draco...' I nervously sighed.

'They aren't even looking in our direction.'

'But they could any second.'

'If you're that worried... I guess we'll have to bring ourselves out of here.' His thumb slowly pushed itself into my mouth. 'Somewhere quiet.'

Butterflies erupted in my stomach.

"Anything from the trolly dears?"

We both broke our stare and looked to the door.

"No thanks." I said as everyone else shook their heads.

I looked back at Draco. He opened his mouth to speak but instead, turned away.

"Draco?" I whispered aloud. "Don't tell me you're mad because I won't fuck you in the powder room."

He turned to look at me.

"I'm not going to dinner tonight."

"Ok... then I'll skip with you." I scrunched my eyebrows in confusion.

"No. Come to my dorm after you're done."

I ate dinner alone. Snape was now headmaster. Everything felt so cold and emlty. I felt an odd feeling in my stomach. I got up and walked out. I knew people were staring.

I walked for a few minutes until I reached the common room.

"Pure blood." I impatiently whispered.

The door swung open. I rushed in and walked to the stairs.

As if he were waiting, he opened the door just as I was about to knock.

He bit down on his lip, his whole body looked sad.
