Antheia

I slowly turned around, "I-I didn't mean to disturb", I stuttered out. "Antheia", he smirked walking closer to me making me hitch my breath. His eyes had me in trance as it showed the lust he had in his eyes. I don't know if it was directed towards me or the fact that I just broke the situation he was in with Eris.

We stood there what seemed like an eternity as the words were still stuck in my throat. "Come on", the voice in my head yelled at me as his face almost touched mine. I quickly took a few steps back before regaining my composure. "Artemis is probably looking for me, so I really need to get going", I said. But before I could leave he stopped me.

"Yeah I know, that's why she send me", he quickly remarked before turning his attention back to the door he just left. "Let's go before she comes out", he said dragging me away. I didn't resist as I knew that it was best just to follow him this time. I thought that we were on our way towards Artemis' room but we stopped at a large silver gate. "Where are we?", I asked suspiciously. He shrugged, "Since your curiosity already got the best of you, you could let yourself go now", he said pointing towards the door. I looked at him as I knew that what he said was true.

I slowly walked to the door, not fully ready for what was waiting for me at the other side.

Ares

Her mouth fell open as she saw the garden. "T-This truly looks like heaven", she breathed out as she walked further away from me. A smile slowly creeped on my face as I saw her looking fascinated at the variations of flowers. I let her walk freely as I stood there looking at the other plants. She looked around before walking towards the wallflower that hasn't been growing like it used to do years ago. She stopped next to it making her look so small. As if she could feel my eyes on her, she turned to look at me.  Making my eyes dart away from her when I suddenly heard her whisper a song that sounded so familiar to me.

I quickly turned back towards her to see the wallflower blossom. "What did you do?", I asked as I stepped closer to her. She backed away completely until she was cornered. "N-Nothing", she stuttered seeing me so close to her. She looked at me before slowly trying to move away but I quickly blocked her with my arms against the wall.

"Where are you going little wallflower?"

Antheia

"Where are you going little wallflower?", he smirked. Heat started to fill my body as I saw that he blocked me completely. But it gave me the advantage I needed, "W-Why are you standing so close to me?", I said letting out a nervous smile. As if he couldn't make sense of what he was doing, he inched closer to me letting his lips softly touch my face making me weak to the knees.

That's when the door bursted open. He quickly turned around covering me with his whole body, when I heard the familiar voice. "Ares, what are you doing here. Haven't you found-", she stopped as I stepped aside revealing myself. "You literally came to my rescue", I said as I quickly walked past Ares not making any eyecontact.

"Ughh I should have never left you alone", she said dragging me towards the hallway. "Yes you shouldn't have", Ares added. Artemis and I rolled our eyes as we started to walk back towards her room. That's when we heard someone calling out for Artemis, "Artemis why did you leave me alone there! You know that I despise those immortals ", a woman's voice said.

Artemis quickly put a finger to her mouth before walking closer to Ares. "Please make sure that she stays in her room", she whispered before walking off towards the voice. "I might as well make myself comfortable", I sighed as I knew that I was now stuck with him until she returned. I plumped on the bed feeling my body sink into the matras, it literally felt like a second heaven to me. I wasn't even tired but my eyes still felt heavy. I closed my eyes, feeling them get heavier and heavier as the seconds past. But before I could drift into sleep I quickly opened them as I felt a body plump right next to me.

Ares

As Artemis left towards the sound, we entered the room. I saw the annoyance in her eyes as she walked past me. "I might as well make myself comfortable", she lowly whispered as she laid on the bed facing away from me. I just stood there not really knowing what to do, it wasn't like she wanted to talk to me.

I slowly walked to the other side of the bed before laying next to her. She seemed so peaceful as I saw that she was asleep. Her beauty was once again something that stood out for me. Her skin still glistened as her hair softly covered her face.

But it was like she wasn't in a deep sleep because her eyes suddenly shut open looking right into mine.
