My head was full of questions. 'What just happened? Where are we? Why did my Creator Energy surge?' I stood up and looked around. There were around thirty steves and six players laying or sitting on the ground around the area. I spotted Unbalance, Rebalance, and Debalance among the crowd, which was a relief. Suddenly Origin Steve stood up quickly. He looked around until he found me. He snarled, then turned and sprinted away. There was no point in chasing after him. I knew he'd be coming back for us soon. Everyone else began to slowly stand up as well. I walked over to the other three, who were standing together next to a wooden board. It had a lot of signs on it, with more black letters painted on. At the beginning of every sign was the word rule, with a number behind it.
"Ugh." Unbalance groaned. "We don't even know where we are yet and we already have to follow rules." I thought about the sign I had seen. The word creative was very familiar to me, but I felt that in this case it meant something else.
"The sign over there says that whatever this place is is called Creative." I said. "It doesn't really help us in terms of knowing what this place actually is though." I noticed a strange feeling with my energies. Before I could try to figure it out, Unknown Alex started talking.
'I think your Creator Energy is surging because... oh something already happened.' she said. 'I thought something was going to explode. Guess not. I really don't understand how Creator Energy works.' Sometimes I'm not sure how it works. Either way, I had to figure out where we were, and why we were here.
"It seems that this isn't the same place where the main islands, or even our own islands are located." Debalance said while looking up. I looked up as well, and saw what he meant. There were big puffy clouds far up in the sky. That confirmed that we weren't in the sky anymore.
"Honestly, it's nice to not be in the air." Rebalance said. "You couldn't really tell unless you looked off, but at least we cant die by falling off a ledge." That was true. That's how we lost Ruby Steve. As I pushed that though aside, I felt that weird feeling again. I focused on it, and suddenly I realized what it was. Ever since I had showed up on Rainbow Realm, I haven't been able to fly. In fact, none of the steves who had been brought here have been able to fly. But something felt different here. I thought back to when I had first become Balance. I had tried to fly, and ended up launching my self into the sky. I hadn't tried to do it again since then, but I felt while we didn't have any current major threats, it be a good time to try. I focused on thrusting myself up, but only about fifty blocks or so. I launched off the ground into the air.
"Whoa!" Rebalance screamed, nearly getting knocked over by the draft my propulsion had caused. He and the others looked up to me. I was now hovering up in the air, looking down at them. "How did he do that!" Rebalance yelled again. Suddenly Unbalance looked down and closed his eyes. A few moments later he also launched off the ground, going up around forty blocks. Rebalance just stood their in shock. Debalance did as Unbalance had, and right before he flung up, he grabbed Rebalance by the arm and pulled him up with him. He screamed as they launched up. Debalance got to nearly thirty-five blocks, then began to float in place. Rebalance began to fall, but managed to start hovering before he fell to far. Before I knew it all the steves were flying around, laughing and doing tricks through the air. I looked around the large surrounding area, and was surprised at what I saw. The land went as far as I could see, but it was perfectly flat. There was dark paths made of black concrete between smooth stone slabs, which outlined large square shaped areas of grass.
"This place is strange." Unbalance declared hovering up to me. Rebalance and Debalance also floated up to us. I started to fly forwards, leaving the large seasonal area and flying above the large grass squares. I stopped moving above one of the areas, about five squares away from the place we had appeared in. I slowly hovered down until my feet touched the grass. As I did, a bolt of energy seemed to go around the slabs outlining the grass area. It only lasted for a second. 'What the heck was that?' I thought.
