Chapter 8:

Piper's P.O.V:

" We can't tell them!" I said jumping up.

" But we can't keep it from them. They are gonna find out." Cassie said.

" But they are supposed to not like us! We aren't supposed to like them either!" Tay said.

" What are we gonna do?" I asked.

" Act like we don't like them." Cassie said.

" We have to get them to bully us."

The doorbell rang and I started walking over to it. " I got it."

I opened the door and the boys were standing there.

" Um. Hello?"

" Hi." Ashton said.

" What are they doing here?" Cassie asked.

I turned to see Cassie and Tay standing there.

" We just wanted to talk." Luke said.

" What makes you think we want to talk to you?" Tay asked.

" Guys!" I screamed turning to them.

" What?" Cassie and Tay asked at the same time.

" Go back into the kitchen!"

" You aren't the boss of us." Tay said.

" Get back in that kitchen! Im not kidding!" I screamed.

I leaned against the open door and closed my eyes. I heard their footsteps fade back into the kitchen. I opened my eyes and looked at the boys.

" Im really sorry about that." I said to them.

" It's ok." Ashton said smiling.

" What do you need?"

" We wanted to invite you to a party." Calum said.

" Um. Ok."

" Here." Ashton said handing me an envelope.

" Thanks. But I don't know if we will go."

" Just think about it." Luke said.

" Ok."

" We better get going." Calum said stepping off the porch.

" Yeah." Luke said following him.

" See you tomorrow at school?" Ashton asked stepping off the porch and turning to face me.

" Yeah. See you tomorrow."

Ashton smilied at me and turned to walk with Luke and Calum. I closed the door and walked into the kitchen.

" What did they want?" Tay asked.

I put the envelope in front of her. " To invite us to a party."

" I wanna go!" Cassie said.

" But we haven't been to one in a long time."

" Come on!" Tay said.

" Come with us!" Cassie said.

" Fine." I said rolling my eyes.

They cheered and we sat around the kitchen counter talking.
