Sarang's POV
It's good to be home after 3 years.
I sighed as I saw the car that was supposed to pick me up.
" Annyeong " I waved at Mr. Lee, our driver. He has been around for as long as I can remember
" Woahh, you got prettier!! How are you? " He said smiling
" Im okay!! But you look good Mr. Lee!! Have you been working out? "
" Yah! You're joking. The only thing changed with me is that my hair is gray now "
" Huh? It's not! " I joked because it's really visible, he got older so his hair turned gray
" I am soooo excited to see my sisters " I happily said
He started driving and I'm having mixed emotions.
" Little miss, are you okay? " Mr Lee said as he looked at the rear view mirror meeting my eyes.
" Ne. I am. Just, tired "
" It's been years since you left, so many things has changed " He said
" I-I know "
" When is the last time you saw boss? " He asked again
" I saw him a year ago. They visited me in Switzerland. " I faked smiled
I have no problem with my family at all. In fact we're all very close up until now. My older sister Seol hee is busy with her work in my father's company but she never fails to talk to me or message me every single day.
On the other hand, my father has been complaining about me not wanting to go home here in Korea. He's been saying that I changed, that I'm not who I used to anymore. That I am cold and most of the time hard to talk to. But he said he understand, that I've grown up. But he still treats me like a child
Ohhh what I am most excited to is my little princess.
Si-eun. She grew up really fast. She's one of the reason why our father worked really hard for our future. She has a down syndrome but she's really intelligent. She can paint, swim, a top on her class and kind!
We arrived at the house.
My childhood, this is where I grew up. This is where I experienced all kinds of frustrations. The walls here are the witness when I first fell in love and when I had my first heartbreak. This is where my mom raised us and died when she gave birth to Si eun.
I cannot believe it's been 3 years!!
" Si-eun ahhhh!!! " I yelled all over the house and she came running down towards me
" UNNI!!!!!!! "
I teared up when I hugged her. God, she's taller than me now. We went to my old room that was now renovated. This where I will stay. For now.
" How are you? You got bigger! You're a lady now " I said to Si eun who is now busy looking at somewhere and humming
" I am good. I am so bored at daytime but happy at night time. Nurse Min Jae is so nice you know. She helps me everytime " She said and I smiled to Nurse Min Jae who is sitting beside Si-eun
" Is that so? Are you giving her a hard time? Have you been a good girl? " I said
" Of course I am. I don't cry anymore. And I study hard " She said proudly
" Uhmm I am so sorry but Si eun, darling it's time for you to take a nap now " Nurse Min Jae said
" It's okay. Si-eun, love, take a nap and then we'll talk later okay? " I kissed her
