Seol Hee's POV
I woke up at Yoongi's couch. Alone. But I happened to have a blanket wrapped around me.
Right!! I remember, where is Sarang?!
I checked my phone and it says 5am, I rushed to the parking to find that our car was gone. I called Mr. Lee to come and pick me up as soon as he can.
" Ughhh she is sooo dead to me " I groaned as I enter the car
Mr: Lee is just laughing
" Did she got home safely? " I asked him
" Yes, she was crying her eyes out. The maids told me . Even Mr. Bang couldn't make her stop "
I sighed " She's going through something "
" Is he still the reason? "
" I think so. But she won't admit it "
We both talked about life. Mr. Lee is like the second father to us, her wife Mrs. Lee has been our helper ever since I can remember.
We have to go to work today. So I have to take care of Sarang.
We arrived at the office at 10am, she just wearing a plain black dress and I was wearing my slacks and a semi formal blouse.
We signed papers and deals until it was lunch time. Sarang fell asleep at my couch again, making it as an excuse for not eating her lunch with me.
I was called to my father's office.
I knocked and opened it
" Wae? " I asked him
" She was crying her eyes out last night. Screaming that her heart hurts so much " He said sadly
" She said that she just love me so she was here, she did not even know it would hurt that much. " He continued
" Appa " I said
" Is it my fault? I just thought she's okay already. And besides, I need you my girls to help me. To help me ensure our future especially for Si-eun, because we all know she needs extra care " He said
" Appa, it's okay. You did nothing wrong. She's still adjusting. She never got her closure and she had to move on suddenly so she never experienced it the hard way. Now, she gets to see Taehyung more often so she's being like this "
" She said that she's been empty for years. And that she's sorry for being like that now. She said sorry for drinking again, but she promised she wont be alcoholic anymore. She also said that, even if she changed, she still loves us. And that she is very very sorry but she can't do anything about it. She can't trust people " His words are like knives
" I know Appa, I know. But Sarang is smart. She's just like that now but she's still our Sarang right? Even if she don't trust people, we trust her right? Appa ? "
I try to convice him
" Do you think she's really okay with working in here? " He asked
" No. But the thing is, she never got her real closure. Appa, if I was in her shoes, I would fall apart. Imagine being treated like that. And thinking everything is your fault then you'll know that he's been getting close with this girl who might be interested with him and manipulated him to treat like that Sarang and broke up with her " I explained
" Sarang, oh my Sarang had already been through so much. I guess we just have to love her as she is " He said
" Right! So don't blame yourself. She'll be fine appa, she's Sarang "
He smiled at me and I hugged him
