Sarang's POV
I woke up around lunch time. I ate cereals and watched some Netflix. I watered my plants and decided to do the laundry.
I kept on thinking why would Taehyung do that all over again? Why would he hang out with Sowon when he already said he got his stuff back?
Now, everything is just a blur to me. I don't think I could ever trust him again. Not until he did some explaining tho. But that isn't possible.
I cleaned my house in the best way that I can. I cooked some porridge because I was hungry. And ate in peace while watching my show.
I'll be fine. Just like I always do.
Taehyung's POV
It's been 2 days since I left Sarang and did not talk to her. I did not know what to do. I don't know why did I say those things.
Maybe I was really rushing things between us so I got suffocated. I needed a break. I tried calling my friends but they're all busy. The only one left to call is Sowon.
I called her to hang out in her place. And just let me breathe.
" Oppa! " She greeted me with her big smile while carrying stuff she got from the grocery
" Hi " I smiled
" Let's go inside and eat? "
" So what brings you here? Bogoshipposo " She pouted
" I uhm, I'm actually here to clear things up with you. And I want you to be honest with me " I said
" Hmmm? " She said as she took a bite on her chicken
" Did you really want us to break up that time? Did you really think she's manipulating me? " I asked
" No. It was your own decision. And yes, she's manipulating you as she is right now " She said
" Why do you say so? "
" Because one minute she's back and she's got you all over her again. Man, it's toxic. Maybe you do not want her, maybe you're just excited because you know, it's familiar "
Right. Maybe?
" You know what oppa, think of it. You don't have time to be in relationship. And do you really think you can make it work? Considering she's your boss' daughter "
" I know "
" Right? It won't be easy. Plus she looks so mean " She said
" She's actually a very sweet person " I said
" Really? So sweet she could hug Hanbin in public? " She said
" You don't get it. They are just friends. Best friends since they were young " I said
" Seriously? She made you believe that bullshit? Think of it, now you left her, do you really think she's alone right now? " She chuckled
" Lol, I got in your head right? That's true Taehyung ah, she can have as many guys as she like because she's not a hot topic and is a private person. Besides, no one knows anything about you together " She continued
That was the last thing she said before my phone started ringing. My manager is asking me about my whereabouts.
" My manager is asking me where I am. So I gotta go " I said
" Tsch, that Sarang already reported you left her house?! What a bitch! " She mumbled
She hugged me a little to long.
