The boys woke up at one O'clock on the floor of Daniel, Corbyn and Jack's house. Corbyn and Zach were on their phones on the couch, Jonah was asleep on the floor and Daniel was looking for his phone. Jack was in the kitchen looking for food when he saw Daniel's phone go off.
Daniel stood up from the living room to go check the kitchen. Jack had seen the message from Evelyn.
"Oh hey! you found my phone!" Daniel said walking over to Jack,
"Didn't know you were looking for it." the boy replied.
"Woah." Daniel said, "what crawled up your ass?"
"Your phone went off." Jack nodded towards Daniel's phone. Daniel cocked his eyebrow and looked at the messages,
Evelyn: It's done!
Evelyn: I can't wait to see you tonight!
"Jack, what do you think this is?" Daniel asked the boy, shutting off his phone.
"Well, it sure looks like you're going out with my ex-girlfriend." Jack crossed his arms over his chest.
"I'm not going out with Evelyn."
"Then why are you seeing her tonight?"
"She told us about the concert," Daniel admitted,
"So she's going to be there?" Jack's eyes went wide.
"Yeah," Daniel started, "she's act-" Jack cut him off,
"Well, now I'm definitely going." He said, "I was going to dip, but this changes everything."
"Good." Daniel stated, "I think she'd like that."
"She also said, 'it's done'. What's that?" Jack asked again,
"She called me a couple days ago and asked my for some advice on a song." Daniel said, not wanting to admit that they were all there helping her with it.
"Was it any good?" Jack asked,
"It was fine. Not my style." That was a lie. It was incredible, "I'm not too sure what came out of it." Jack nodded. It wasn't like she was going to be playing the song anyways.

Evelyn headed to the stadium around one, after texting daniel she was excited to see him.
"Hey Janet," The girl said, greeting her manager inside the car.
"Hello Evelyn." Janet responded, "Are you ready for your show?" Evelyn smiled,
"I am very excited. Especially to play my new song." She could picture it now, the set, the lights all of it.
"Speaking of which, the song is...clean right?" Janet asked, "You have young fans. An explicit song would be bad for the brand." Evelyn rolled her eyes, they were back to the brand. Evelyn slumped into her seat,
"Yeah. The song is clean. Radio friendly, if you will."
"Good." Janet went back to her phone. They drove in silence the rest of the way to the stadium. The driver pulled around back and the two of them stepped out of the car. Evelyn strolled inside the back door of the stadium and found the stage. She took in her surroundings, the lights, the seats, the colour of the walls. It was a rush and she hadn't even made it to the stage yet.
Evelyn listened to the there artist's soundcheck while she talked to the producers about her performance. Specifically her closing song. They set up blue lights and qued a rainfall. Nothing could change how happy Evelyn felt in that moment.
