The Leaky Cauldron located on Charing Cross road in an alley like area where not many muggles walk nearby seeming as the description of "shady" or "rundown" pub. To the Wizarding World it looks like a friendly pub where wizards gather with friends and drink, mainly younger ones but there are a few older customers every once in a while. Besides that the place inside had the smell of soup and of course alcohol, which isn't a surprise. As the two women enter the pub, a strong sent of homemade soup, specifically vegetable soup was smelled by (Y/N). As they walked in the fire place wasn't lit after all being a summer evening and having a nice breeze would be nice. Looking around the white brick walls and old wallpaper, (Y/N) and her mother look for her cousin's family. Now an important thing to note about Wilbur, (Y/N)'s cousin,is that is family in general is very tall, this means that you could see them from far or identify them in a crowd of people if that group was shorter than them. After looking around for a minute, they found them. In a corner, round table tucked away from other visitors was his family. His father having the same dark hair and his mother having more lighter but still had some dark hair, that was curly in a way. (Y/N) mother was the sister of Wilbur's mother, making both (Y/N) and Wilbur first cousins.
Greeting with hugs from both families, the two cousin's sat down and drank their drinks of choice. "So I assume your staying the evening here Will?"
"That's the plan according to dad. He says that it would be easier plus I can help you pick out new broom for quidditch after last season." said her cousin in a regretting type of tone after bringing up the topic.
Last season, (Y/N)'s team had their match up game with Slytherin. It was a rough game and Gryffindor ended up winning but had a consequence with it. It was a rainy day, with lighting here and there, and thunder strikes that shook you when you were near by. Unfortunately as (Y/N) got the golden snitch, she fell off her broom, after going haywire. Luckily the two beaters of her team saw this and caught in the middle of her fall, not only giving her a sprain ankle for two weeks, but no chance to get her broom for the next lighting strike got to it before anyone else could. You say she was quite upset, after all being put on the sidelines to watch her team mates play without her since she had to wait out for her ankle to heal. Once it healed she was forced to use any spare brooms and to her luck she got a shooting star broom. Now remember when (Y/N) was our keeper, that was before she got seeker, for the team. The reason for this was because her team found out that in the beginning of their season in her 4th year, their original seeker had cheated her broom to go faster, when they all were checking brooms before the actual season started. Their head of their house, Minerva McGonagall or Professor McGonagall suggested this to the staff of Hogwarts so games could be more fair. Consequences for cheating included being kicked off the team for a year or for the rest of their time at Hogwarts.
"Right, don't be sorry. Seeing by the tone of your voice, you seem to regret saying the Will. Besides, we can get you maybe a care kit for your broom and I can teach you what to do with it!" she exclaimed with an excited tone.
As the two continued to converse they talked about their activities they did over summer.
"So your telling me you got to visit France and Germany, while you were on vacation?" Wilbur asked in an shocked tone. "That's not as exciting as visiting La Jolla for what, a whole month?" said his cousin in a surprise. "Well we were visiting a couple of my Dad's friends family, I got to meet a couple of guys. One of them was called Technoblade, or well he liked being called that, and another went by the name of Jschlatt." said Wilbur. "If you met them (N/N) you would really like them, and their really good with Quidditch!"
As she was about to respond with how they must be lovely people, she was interrupted by a younger voice, that was all too familiar. "Mum, I ain't going to be damn quiet, we came here for a two days, and there's a possibility we can find Wilbur and (Y/N)!"
