Putting her hands on the window sill, she leaned out and put a hand over her eyes so she could what was happening. It was another owl, and with a Letter.

"Orion, do you know who's owl that is, or is he wild?" (Y/N) asked with some panic in her voice. The owl flying towards Orion, was much bigger but relatively the same size as him. If anything it was a Northern Hawk Owl, from what she could tell, seeing his dark shades of browns and blacks. As the owl hooted at Orion, Orion flies back to (Y/N)'s arms, the two slowly back away from the window, the owl flies down and hoots loudly again. Taking the letter from the owl's leg, she gives him some nuts to eat, not sure how far his journey was. As she watches the owl greedily eat up the nuts, leaving Orion, watching the owl with curiosity as well.

"Now, where are you from?" She asked the owl, "I mean most owl imported here are from Canada or America, but you can't be from here, from Hogwarts, or belong to one of my friends, so that leaves the question. Who's your owner and how did they get my address?" She exclaimed examining the owl.

"I should read this." She said. As she moves to the chairs she was previously sitting in, she reads the letter, and who it's delivered from.

Hey, I know this sounds weird and stuff, but let me explain. I got the address from Wilbur, so don't freak out, I'm not some creep who just knows people's address. The owl that came is my family's owl that is lent to me for the time being, since I am far from home, due to recent events in school. I just wanted to talk since I real didn't talk to much to you, and the other kid, whose name I forgot. Was it Tommy? Oh well, but Wilbur said you liked quidditch, and I was impressed by the fact you probably (now) own a Thunderbolt VII. I mean, I saw how the Nigerians used them, but never did I think a girl like you would use one. Not that I'm saying anything rude about you, but I'm impressed by your skill. I may have seen your skill in the courtyard, when I finished my shift from the Quidditch store, and I was doing some work I had to finish. Your pretty good, maybe we could meet up in the Summer, and play each other, along with Wilbur? Oh and I snuck in my address for my owl mail, when I packed up your broom, but don't use that one, since it's back home in New York. Sorry if I offended you. Wilbur said I may have offended you, but he said you ended up on being upset. If you want to respond you can ask Wilbur for the address, or just tell Erebus (he's the owl). Pretty wise bird, but the name I'm not so fond of, but he's very strong, reliable, but can be kind. Well right back to me if you want, or I can send you another letter.

I hope we can make an acquaintance soon!

Yours truly,

Schlatt

"So your Erebus, huh?" She asked folding the letter after finishing reading it. As she watched the owl hoot, she took out a parchment and started to write a response.

Hey Schlatt thanks for writing a letter. I did get a little upset about you sending your address, without asking, and I took it in a gesture you probably didn't mean to do, but Will explained that you do this as a thing when you meet new people, so I'll take his word on that. I also wanted to say before anything else, that you have the correct address. I also would love to play a few matches of quidditch with you in the Summer but I must see if my parents are fine with that, but we can plan that out more towards Spring time. Wilbur said that you and the girl who was helping us at the cashier, are here for a study abroad or something, if that is the case, I hope it goes well, and if you are waiting to get accepted into the program.
