A/N: Don't play song till you see the bolded.

A month had passed since then and the funeral had finally arrived. Molly helped Alek dress as she couldn't reach the zipper anymore. When everyone was finished getting ready they met in the burrow's living room. George was leaning against the counter waiting for Alek. "Looking lovely doll." He said softly. She gave a weak smile. "Are you ready to sing for Fred?" He pulled her into a hug and kissed her head. "I'd do anything for Freddie." He said softly before taking her hand and leading her out of the house and into the great outdoors that was the burrow. A little ways from the house a large white tent sat with several chairs placed neatly in rows. Everything was covered in purple and white flowers, each bouquet contained white lilies, blue-eyed grass, and wild hyacinth with baby breath on the chairs and around the openings of the tent. On the casket a large wreath with roses, lily of the valley, wild hyacinth, and blue-eyed grass sat on the closed part of it. Next to the head of the casket sat a large collage of Fred, George, and Alek sat. It was beautiful and breathtaking to see as people started to fill the tent. Alek was surprised to see students and teachers come in and gave their condolences to them. Once everyone sat Alek and George stepped up to the podium to say a few words. "Thank you everyone for coming to join us for my brother's funeral. It means a lot to me and his beloved." George wrapped an arm around her and gave her a soft squeeze. "For those who know Fred and I, you know our biggest legacy was pranking Hogwarts, but now Fred has left something even more precious in the world than anyone could have ever known." He paused and swallowed the lump in his throat. "He left a beautiful woman and his unborn babies to live in his wake and to miss him. He left his family, and he went without me." He felt Alek rub his back gently and lean her head against him. "Fred was more than a friend to all of us." Alek picked up for George. "He was a brother we never had, and he was a fierce lover and a fighter for those who were not strong enough to fight for themselves." A small sob escaped her lips. "And although he is gone from this world, he hasn't left us. Like Neville said back at the war. Everyone dies but they live on inside us. Fredrick Gideon Weasley will be missed greatly, and the world will never look the same now that his light is gone, but when we look to the stars we will know he is there. Watching over all of us and proud of us all that we got through the tough time without him." She was starting to shake as the tears started to run down her face. George rubbed her back and whispered something into her hair, and she nodded. "Fred... Fred was a bright soul, and he will be dearly missed." Alek finished and the two stepped away so Molly could come up. "Please take this chance to say last goodbyes and make your way to the front of the burrow where we will eat and say our goodbyes to each other. Thank you all for coming." Molly went back to Arthur and sobbed into his chest. George and Alek started to sing softly as everyone started to stand and make their way to the casket. George started with his voice ringing out through the tent.

A/N: Play the song. Did not do whole song since it repeats.

"You and I We're like fireworks and symphonies exploding in the sky With you, I'm alive Like all the missing pieces of my heart, they finally collide So stop time right here in the moonlight Cause I don't ever wanna close my eyes."

There was a short pause before he picked back up.

"Without you, I feel broke

Like I'm half of a whole

Without you, I've got no hand to hold

Without you, I feel torn

Like a sail in a storm

Without you, I'm just a sad song

I'm just a sad song."

Alek: With you, I fall It's like I'm leaving all my past and silhouettes up on the wall With you, I'm a beautiful mess It's like we're standing hand and hand with all our fears up on the edge So stop time right here in the moonlight 'Cause I don't ever wanna close my eyes

Both: Without you, I feel broke Like I'm half of a whole Without you, I've got no hand to hold Without you, I feel torn Like a sail in a storm Without you, I'm just a sad song

You're the perfect melody

The only harmony I wanna hear

You're my favourite part of me

With you standing next to me

I've got nothing to fear.

George: Without you, I feel broke Like I'm half of a whole.

Alek: Without you, I've got no hand to hold.

Both: Without you, I feel torn Like a sail in a storm Without you, I'm just a sad song.

George and Alek were the last two, to say goodbye to Fred. They wanted to sit with Fred till they placed him in the ground. Alek leaned over and brushed his hair from his forehead before planting a small kiss on his forehead. "I promise they'll know who their father was my love and when it is my time I'll meet you on the other side." She stood straight and walked over to Molly. Molly embraced her tightly and both women broke down in each other's arms. George looked at his brother's peaceful face and cried softly gripping his brother's hand. "I promise to take care of her Fred." After a moment or two he stood and wiped his tears away before giving a sad smile. "By the way Freddie. I won that bet. I told you she'd end up with me." He said, giving a half-hearted chuckle before moving to his family and watched as the coffin was set into the ground. Soon it was covered, and the family placed flowers on the head stone. "I love you Freddie." Alek gently rubbed the head stone before walking away with George. It was a few hours before everyone left, well with the exception of McGonagall who had been looking for Alek to give her a letter saying that her position had been accepted as the new potion master once Hogwarts had been reconstructed. It was the only good news since the battle, and she was glad for it as she went to bed that night alone in Fred's bed hugging his sweater. "Good night Freddie." Was the last thing she said before going to sleep.
