Chapter 16

It is a fine morning, the sun are totally rise up, the birds chirping in harmony the wind is calming, the beach is glistening.

Jennie shrugging Lisa to wake her up "Lisa wake up, breakfast's ready" Lisa just hummed in response. "Lili c'mon now, wake up. " Jennie said in soft-spoken voice still shrugging the sleeping beauty. Jennie sigh as she has having trouble to wake Lisa up, she goes by the window and open the curtain. The brightness coruscate the window as the sunrays directed to the woman face who's sleeping. Lisa scooted over through the blanket to cover her eyes from the daylight. Jennie pulled the blanket.

Lisa groan. She tried to open her eyes slowly as she's adjusting her eyes from the brightness of the light and try to find her blanket. She move to other side while she was half asleep still scrutinies her bed for her blanket.

"hey, good morning" Jennie said, smiling to Lisa.

Lisa widely open her eyes as she was surprise that Jennie is in her front with their faces was inches apart.  Lisa didn't uttered a word but backing off her body from the brunette

"our friends are waiting for us in the beach side please come now as we partake our breakfast" Jennie said in her calming voice. But Lisa didn't respond to her, just gesturing for 1 second. Jennie just raise her one brow as she was confuse when Lisa run through the bathroom. The doe eyed  brush her teeth, it's her mannerism to not to talk with on her morning breath, because for it's quite embarrassing.

Lisa went out to the bathroom. "Hi good morning, sorry for keep you waiting, you should go first I'll just change my nightgown" she said  hastily while watching Jennie awkwardly.

"okay, please do hurry." Jennie retort and leave the room.

The girls are waiting for Jennie and Lisa to arrive, it's almost 10 mins when Jennie leave the table when she said she'll check for Lisa.

"what did they take so long, I'm hungry. I want to savor the chikin now" Jisoo complain.

"you're always hungry Chu, there's nothing new to us" Seulgi mockingly said.

"Yaaahhhh!--" Jisoo did not finished her dispute when Irene talk.

"there's Jennie" then everyone looked to her direction.

"Unni where's Lisa" Somi shout when she notice that Jennie was alone walking. The brunette was supposed to answer when the doe eye squeal

"HERE!!!" Lisa breath heavily as she catching her breath from running. When she catch up to Jennie's phase she immediately wrap her arm to the brunette's waist. Jennie on the other hand was shock of the sudden motion, she look at Lisa with a wide eyes, Lisa looked back and just give her a beaming smile. Then Jennie just let Lisa's hand as they walk to the table with a sweet smile.

Lisa pulled the chair for Jennie, and smile to her

"You don't have to" Jennie said.

"yes, but I did. Take your sit" Lisa said politely and give her a pleasing smile. Jennie oblige.

"thank you" Jennie.

"you're welcome" Lisa.

"it's early in the morning and we haven't eaten the main course but the dessert has been serve" Jisoo sarcastically said.

"What do you mean" Rose ask

"can we illegalize to be sweet early in the morning it's to cringey. anyway I'm hungry" Jisoo's about to grab the chicken but Rose slap her hand. "aw! What's that for" Jisoo complained. Everyone chuckled.

"manners Chu, let's pray first" Then Rose lead the prayer.

Jisoo leaned to Jennie "are you sure we're praying? It's look like we are having bible study" as she whispered to Jennie's ear. Jennie chuckle, she was about to reply when Rose's say her final word "Amen."
