Part 44 "Chance"

MINA'S POV

It feels great to stretch my arms and legs as the cold breeze touched my skin. I tap the side of my bed and quickly sat up.

"Chaeyoung, where are you going?" Mina asked as she scratch her eyes and saw a familiar figure. She stood up and decided to follow it, wore her cardigan and go to the kitchen counter. She saw Momo sipping her coffee. She tried to look around in any other areas but didn't see who's she looking for. Momo noticed her unusual movements.

"Momo-ssi, have you seen Chaeyoung? I think I just saw him went out of the bedroom." Mina plainly asked, Momo stared at her for a while and put down her cup.

"Mina-ya...We're just four here, me, you, Sana and Dahyun. Chaeyoung is gone." Momo elaborated as Mina stared at her curiously.

"What are you talking about Momo? I just saw him a while ago. Stop joking around and tell me where he is." Mina is pissed out that she gets nonsense jokes this early morning.

Momo stood up and quickly hug her.

"Mina..." Momo mumbled and caressed Mina's back. She tried to calm herself not to cry but she can't.

"Are you crying? Why, what happened?" Mina said as she tried to break the hug.

"I told you, I really saw him Momo." Mina added and try to look around again.

"Chaeyoung-ah, Chaeyoung-ah! Where are you?" Mina's voice already echoing around the house when Dahyun and Sana also went out the room. She go closer to them and ask again. The couple just look at each other and both sighed.

"Mina-ya, Chaeyoung is gone. It's been 5 years since he's gone." Dahyun said.

Mina look at them in great disbelief.
"Liars!" She yelled.

Then, she walked out until she went into a dark place.  She tried to ran away again but she can't see anything. She stumbled on the floor and cried. Then, she saw Bambam and that Vernon getting closer and circled around her. Mina stared at them one by one and scared by their weird smiles. Then, their eyes were ragingly looking at her.

"Chaeyoung's died because of you Mina. It's your fault." Bambam whispered and smiled.

"No... No, this is not true, this is just a dream..."Mina said while closing her eyes as well as covering ears not to hear anything.

"You killed him haha." Vernon also whispered.

"Stop please! Stop!" Mina yelled at them while both of them are still laughing.

Until she felt someones's hand on her neck, and start struggling to breathe.

"Mina-ya, Mina! Wake up!" Momo panicly said.

"Ahhhh!" Mina quickly sat up on the bed and touch her neck.

"What the heck, I can't wake you up! Are you alright? You're having a nightmare for God sake!" Momo said and breathe out of nervous.

Mina wipe her sweat and look at Momo.

"Chaeyoung-ah~"

"Mina, Chaeyoung is in the hospital right now..."Momo replied.

"I want to go to Chaeyoung. Please let's go see him, Momo." Mina pleaded.

"But....they don't want you there, they'll not let you in Mina. Besides, it's too dangerous for you to go out here, I'm sure your father started to look after you." Momo explained.

"Please Momo, I want to see him. I don't care if it is too dangerous out there. Please, I'm begging you..." Mina said and started to cry.

Momo hugged her and saw the couple.
