Yuta couldn't stop smiling even as he woke up he couldn't stop smiling. Yesterday and the day before that he had a great time with Azira.
They got to watch Endgame as she promised which led them to shed a few tears, then go on to an adventure as Yuta calls it. After that, they snuck out of the hotel to go to an ice cream parlor, bowling, and lastly to the park so you can call it an adventure.
And he also couldn't stop smiling because today was his first concert in Miami as it was the start of this tour. He was beyond excited. Even though there were a couple of outfit changes due to the weather in Miami he didn't mind though. As long as he could perform in front of his fans he didn't care what changes needed to be done. As long as they were done right.
His phone dinged with a message, He knew it was from his manager who was texting the usual Why isn't he here yet and Why isn't he ready? But what Royce didn't know Yuta already had clothes on he just wanted to take his time.
Grabbing his hotel key, phone, and wallet he left the room walking down the lobby already seeing Royce waiting for him, coffee in one hand eyes glued to his phone as if it was the most precious thing in the world "Good morning."
Royce looked up from his phone "Good morning." The both of them left the lobby and entered the limo "So where's Azira?" Royce raised an eyebrow at that but decided not to push on that subject instead she answered something else.
He took a long sip of his coffee before addressing the redhead's question "Oh, she left with Jaehyun about two hours ago to make sure everything's ready."
"Oh." Was all Yuta said following him into the limo. He doesn't know why but he felt a little bummed not seeing her but he had to remind himself that it was the day of his concert meaning everyone was busy.
As they neared the stadium Yuta couldn't help but lower the window to get a better look. It was way bigger than the stadium in Seoul, even though he performed there a couple of years prior, just seeing it managed to shock him every time "Wow." He looks around exiting the car.
No matter the number of shows he did it always blew his mind that people came to see him, just seeing those seats fill up with people is something that you can't seem to fully grasp until you're on that stage then it feels like home "You're gonna do amazing." Royce affirms as he heads backstage.
Yuta followed removing himself from his small trance-like dream. It always felt like a dream, but once he got on that stage reality hit, that this so happening.
"Alright, so we're going to run through some songs." Johnny appeared out of nowhere handing the rockerstar his in-ear piece and mic. Johnny was the head of the entire sound crew thing working with e on every single tour. They ended up becoming good friends along the way. "Oh and before I forget after this go to Jaehyun, he needs you in the dressing room for something." He also listed down things that they needed to practice for tonight's show.
Yuta held the mic in his hand a dark red color that matched his earpiece of course. Coi was setting up her drums which meant he came not too long after "Are you nervous for tonight?" He asks walking over to the drummer.
Coi looks up smiling "Me nervous? I just wanna play." She made sure that he had extra drumsticks in case he accidentally broke one and water bottles because it's hot as an oven in Miami "We're doing set three, song two."
Yuta grinned it was one of his favorite songs to perform. He walked back to center stage his mic waiting patiently for him. Johnny was already backstage with the soundcrew team making sure everything was working and functioning properly.
Yuta slowly felt adrenaline course through his veins, as the countdown for Paradise City began. Even though it was just a simple practice he still felt a high off of it.
He slowly brought the microphone to his lips and that's when the magic happened.
You know it's, it's all a gamble when it's just a game. You treat it like a capital crime, everybody's doing time.
His voice commanded more like demanded the attention of everyone who was in the arena. The band made the feeling, even stronger and more hypnotizing. They all worked together to ensure one sound.
Take me down to the paradise city. Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty.
A small smile formed just by that one particular lyric. Taking the mic off the stand, that's when he went off.
They practiced as if it were the real thing as if they could see the crowd in front of them screaming till their hearts were content. Yuta still didn't feel tired even when the song ended as a small trail of sweat dripped from his neck.
Johnny held a thumbs up to Yuta across the stage "That was wicked." He smiled "Now let's run over a few more other songs because Mr. Rockstar doesn't like backtrack." He rolled his eyes looking directly at Yuta who smiled innocently shrugging "You can never get me to like backtracks."

By the time they were done rehearsing, Yuta needed to change his clothes. He had to see Jaehyun either way.
Yuta opened the dressing room doors smiling at his team wiping his forehead with a towel, his eyes were looking for a certain someone grinning when he saw them. Azira looked up noticing the redhead was looking at her "Hey Yuta how was the practice?"
"Hey-." Just as he was about to walk closer to answer Jaehyun grabbed his shoulder "Sorry time to get ready buddy." He apologizes turning the rockstar around "Are you guys dating because you guys look cute together." He whispers chuckling as Yuta's face turns red "We're not dating." He mumbles.
Jaehyun still didn't believe"whatever you say." He pushes him towards the rack of clothes that were now switched due to the weather "I needed you not only for getting ready but for helping us pick out an outfit for the fifth set because we can't agree on anything."

After spending long minutes freshening up, choosing a set outfit, getting his hair and makeup done it was time for him to go on stage. He could hear the sounds of fans filling up the seat. Jaehyun already got a hold of his phone making sure has no distractions tonight while taking some pictures to post on social media just for some more publicity.
Yuta was in an almost squat position as he stood on the platform that would bring him up onto the stage. He could already hear the sounds of fans chanting his name. never in a million years, he'd think he'd reach this far from singing to 100-1000 people to now singing in front of so many people.
He was grateful for every single moment.
"It's showtime." He says to himself. the slowly lifting platform as he began to see the eyes of the people he adored deeply his fans. He could hear the band already starting the screams getting even louder.
He's about to give them a stage they won't forget.
