We Meet Again

After Jimin and his friend were gone, Jungkook went back to his hut while trailing his feet, not wanting to leave the boy just yet. It was the first time that he really talked to the beautiful omega but he already wanted more. He couldn't stop thinking about the boy during the rest of the night. Barely even sleeping as his alpha was yelling at him to go see the omega again. He hoped Jimin would come back soon to see him. Jungkook had never really trusted someone before. So having this sweet omega comforting him in the way he did before had him let out a small howl of excitement and happiness. He remembered the feeling of the boy's hand on his cheek and how beautiful he had looked under him. Jungkook shook the thoughts away with a shameful whine.

On Jimin's side, it wasn't really all that better. The boy was too excited to sleep and he was letting out small sounds of happiness into his pillow. He had finally been able to talk to the shy alpha he dreamed about for so long. He remembered how handsome and manly the boy looked up close, but also how shy and adorable he really was. It all had butterflies running inside of him. He didn't understand the feelings coursing through him but he also knew that he wanted to keep feeling them forever.

The following night, Jimin sprinted out of their hut with a blinding eye smile. He ran to the forest excitedly. His omega was restless at the idea of seeing the handsome alpha again. He entered the forest and ran to the place he now knew a bit too well for the only two times he went there. The place was as sad as he remembered it being. Trees scattered unevenly around the place, dead leaves and small branches cracking under his feet. He looked around the place expectantly and the feeling of loneliness slowly settled in as he didn't hear nor could see anything moving around. He tried calling Jungkook's name softly and sighed as nothing changed. Suddenly, the thought of trying to call the alpha through their connection crossed his mind. He chuckled at his own dumb thought. Surely this wasn't possible...right? The boy considered the idea for a while only to decide that he wouldn't know if he didn't try at least once. He smiles to himself as he closed his eyes softly, concentrating on trying to call the alpha. A minute later he heard a distant howl coming from farther away. Jimin immediately recognized him and understood that the alpha was coming. It only took 2 minutes for the huge black wolf to emerge from the trees in front of Jimin. The boy was shocked that it was actually possible to call each other through their connection. Jungkook let out a small bark of happiness as he saw Jimin smiling at him. He turned into his human form and walked to him slowly, taking his hand in his own. Jimin's cheeks reddened as the alpha before him boldly kissed the back of his hand. Tingles ran through his body and his omega melted in happiness.

- How are you?
Jungkook asked after a while.

- I'm good...what about you?
Jimin continued shyly.

Jungkook hummed with a nod and bit his lip at Jimin's cute expression.

- you didn't come with your friend today?
Jungkook asked with a certain glint in his eyes that Jimin could almost swear was jealousy.

He let out a small giggle before answering.

- he didn't want to come. Now that he knows you're not dangerous, he doesn't want to lose his sleep just to come here and do nothing...
Jimin explained and smiled as he saw Jungkook's expression softening quickly.

- do you...would you like to come with me?
Jungkook asked with pink cheeks that contrasted beautifully with his toned body and manly features.

- Where are we going?
Jimin looked at him in confusion but Jungkook could feel his slight excitement through their connection.

- Uhm...do you want to come to my hut? We could, uh, talk and...yeah...
Jungkook stuttered through his sentences and Jimin chuckled adorably at him.

- of course...
Was Jimin's answer. He smiled softly at the alpha, catching his eyes as Jungkook reciprocated the action.

They walked slowly, still holding hands and both of their wolfs were cheering loudly inside of them.
