When Jimin went to sleep that night, he was very tired, but his nerves kept him awake until two in the morning. His father had been gone for most of the day, and when he came back, Jimin's mother had asked him where he'd been, but the answer never came. Jimin felt the urgent need to be close to his alpha again. Their bond was new and thriving, and the feeling of being this far apart was making both of their stomachs churn. Jimin already missed their mixed scents, the way they fit together perfectly when they cuddled. He missed the boy's simple presence. When sleep finally took over him, he'd already had time to worry every muscle of his body.

-JIMIN WAKE UP!

Jimin jumped awake as his mother's voice pierced the reigning silence. He sat in his bed confused and half awake when a paper was thrown at his face. He immediately recognized his dad's handwriting.

"I'm gone to kill this monster that abused of our son. I brought the pack's best Alphas with me. we should be back before noon."

Before Jimin even had time to read the end of the memo, he was up and growling. He didn't even wait to be outside before turning into his wolf. He was about to run right out of the hut when his mother stopped him.

-Wait Jimin! I'm coming with you!

His mother turned herself too, and together, they ran out of the hut and straight to the forest.

- Where are they?!

Jimin's mother yelled from behind him.

-Just follow me!

He yelled back with nervous tears springing to his eyes.

It hadn't been long since he'd met Jungkook, but if something happened to him, he didn't know if he'd ever find it in himself to be completely happy again.

Just the thought of losing him had Jimin running immensely faster. His mother had a hard time following him, but she knew just how important this must've been for her son, so she did what a mother should do, she was present. As Jimin ran towards the place he now knew like the back of his hand, he could faintly hear the sound of his love growling, and the sound of many other wolves replying in anger. The sound had a nervous sob wracking through Jimin's body. He ran and ran, until he could see the outline of his true mate. He could feel his rage from where he was. He could feel the fear he was hiding far down. He could feel him, completely. The sight of his own father running out from the crowd of alphas to attack him had something purely feral stirring inside of him. His entire body floated on adrenaline as he ran straight between the two alphas faster than he ever thought he could run. As soon as he was in front of Jungkook, he let out the most monstrous growl he'd ever hear himself let out. He bared his fangs at his father without a single thought, ready to fight if he needed to.

Everything and everyone around them went completely silent at Jimin and Jungkooks matching golden eyes. Even Jimin's mother, that had finally catched up to her son, stopped in her tracks to watch in awe as Jimin protected Jungkook with everything he had.

Jimin continued to growl, stepping front to push back his dad. His father stepped back in shock as his own son challenged him. The anger in Jimin's eyes never ceased as he pushed back his own father. It's only When he heard Jungkook calling him through their connection, that he finally stopped in his tracks. He threw one more glare at his father before turning to Jungkook. He ran back to him in less than a rush, slowly feeling the adrenaline drain his energy. He didn't care one bit that a full crowd was there to witness them as he let himself fall down onto Jungkook, turning back into his human form. Jungkook turned back too, just in time to catch Jimin's limping body. His nose went to rub at the boy's scent gland, calming him down even more.

-Thank you...

Jungkook's calming and sweet voice was heard and his words seemed to echo in time as Jimin's eyelids felt heavy.

Jimin's mother came in front slowly, walking towards the two lovers carefully. Jungkook sensed someone moving and looked up to see a woman, the only one of the group, and she seemed to be an omega. His gard was still up and so he glared intensely into her direction.

-I-Jungkook it's okay...I'm Jimin's mother, he told me about you two, it's okay.

Jungkook calmed down but was still cautious as the woman walked up to them slowly. She turned around once she was infront of them and as she faced the group of alpha's, she ordered them all to go back to the village. It took a while but eventually, every single alpha from the group except for Jimin's dad had agreed to leave. Jimin's mother turned back to the two lovers and crouched to their level and took care of introducing herself and her intentions to Jungkook. Jimin's father turned back too and walked towards them slowly. Jungkook immediately stepped back, bringing Jimin with him. His eyes shined a beautiful golden as he hissed toward the rude man. Said man hissed right back at him, but as soon as Jimin's mother heard the sound, she turned back to glare at him.

- Stop that already! This man is not dangerous! He took care of our son during one of his most emotionally wracking times! His first heat, for fuck's sake! So you will calm down right now, and accept that your son has a true mate, and it's this amazing and strong Alpha!

Jimin's father backed down from his horses considerably at that. He was a stubborn man, but his omega was his worst weakness.

He took a deep breath before slowly walking to them. as he finally stood in front of them, he let out the following sentence with a still sour tone.

-hi...I'm Jimin's father. I can't say that I'm very happy about your relationship with my son, but I appreciate that you took care of him when he was vulnerable.
