Realization

After the crowd had dissipated from in front of them, and the enraged Alpha that first tried to attack them was chased away from the scene from no other than his very own omega lover, only Jimin's friends and family were left. They all turned from their protecting positions to look at the couple still embraced together on the ground. "Are you alright son? Did he hurt you?" Jimin's father spoke after clearing his throat to recover from his sudden speech of frustration. Jimin looked up from his place with tears still running down his face from a wild mix of emotions due to the previous happenings. He jumped to his feet and ran in his father's arms without even a moment of hesitation. His father welcomed him in surprise and delight. "Thank you so much dad. I'm fine, I'm so alright. Thank you so much..." Jimin repeated himself over and over for a good minute. Expressing his extreme gratitude to his father's acceptance of his relationship and love. Said father's arms tightened considerably around him and he found himself almost struggling to breathe but gladly. Jungkook got back up from the ground, where Jimin had left him moments ago. He took a moment to breathe in before looking around himself to all of his very new friends. But then something clicked inside of him all too suddenly. These were his friends. His friends. With this information finally getting processed to him, everything came rushing to his brain, as if it was finally understanding the extent of everything that happened to him in the last few months. He met his true mate, the most beautiful and utterly amazing person he ever witnessed on this earth. He made him his forever life partner, and let him reciprocate the action. He shared things with a person like he'd never done before. He learned to live, learned to love and care, learned that people weren't always just aggressive beasts. He made actual friends who he now cared for. He won his loved one's parents trust and appreciation. He cleared his reputation that had been dirtied for years and won a new place in a village. He was happy. Truly and wholeheartedly happy. A painfully loud sob left his lips as he looked around himself. His hand came up to cover his mouth. Jimin turned around in shock at the sound but could immediately tell from their connection that his Alpha was crying for much more than sadness. He was overjoyed and couldn't help the powerful emotion. Jimin ran to him and cradled him in his arms. "I love you-I love you-I love you so fucking much-I love you all so much- I love you!" His voice was broken but he spoke loudly, making sure that everyone heard him loud and clear. "I'm so happy" He then whispered and Taehyung ran to them to jump into the hug. The boy was followed by the rest of them all. All of his friends. They all teared up into the hug, feeling just how meaningful Jungkook's words to them were. "We love you" Taehyung spoke softly as he was closer to Jungkook than the others. Jimin's parents took in the scene from a few meters away. His father's arms hugging his mother from behind lovingly. "Isn't this better than everything we've ever expected for him?" Jimin's mother whispered softly and was met with a wonderfully soft kiss to her temple "yes...a lot better actually."
