The next day, when he woke up, he was feeling nauseous and dizzy. It took everything for him to get up and when he did, he stumbled his way outside to breath the fresh air. This seemed to help him a bit as he didn't feel as bad anymore. An hour later, Taehyung came to hang out with him and Jimin explained to him everything that was happening.

- You're telling me this crazy alpha is your true soulmate?!
He almost threw himself on the ground as soon as Jimin told him.

Hearing his friend call his alpha crazy had his omega growling at Taehyung.

Taehyung sensed the boy's discomfort and came back to his seat.

- He's not crazy Tae...he's been thrown away like trash by his family when he couldn't even walk yet and had to survive on his own for I don't know how many years!
Jimin didn't know where his passion came from, but it just felt right to protect the mysterious alpha.

- Wow...I'm sorry Jimin, I didn't know you liked him like that...

Jimin looked away with heated cheeks.

- It's okay, it's not like I even understand my own feelings at this point...

Taehyung looked at him with pitying eyes.

- what are you gonna do now if he's really your true soulmate?

Jimin looked conflicted as he raised his head in the forest's direction.

- I don't know...I want to go there again. I know he won't hurt me. I just feel like I need to see him again.

Taehyung could see very well the confusion in the Omega's eyes as he didn't understand the situation he was put in.

- We can go back if you want...maybe if I hide behind you he won't hurt me.
Taehyung tried to lighten the mood.

Jimin chuckled at his friends bad attempt at making a joke.

- yeah that would be cool. When could we go?

- ooof eager much? When you want but we better not get caught or I'll personally kill you in that forest.
The look in Taehyung's eyes as he said that told Jimin he wasn't being serious.

-  You should be careful...maybe my soul mate won't be happy about that.

Taehyung gulped loudly at that.

- well your "soulmate" is really scary.

Jimin could only laugh and nod at that. It wasn't really a lie. He WAS quite scary.

- Then Taehyungie...can we go tonight? He's been waiting too.

- He what now?
Taehyung looked at him confused.

- I had a dream yesterday and after that I felt like he wanted me to go see him.

- how did I end up friends with someone that can communicate telepathically with some big, scary, unknown alpha?

- Stop it. I know you love me...

The other boy could only let out a sigh at that. Preparing himself mentally to get murdered by said alpha.

- Okay we'll go tonight but no funny business or I let you out there on your own.
