As the day went by, Jimin found a new passion of bitting his nails. Anxiety was eating him from the insides at the mere thought of his father's face. He knew he'd have the hardest time to explain everything to him when he'd come back in the evening. He thought of every possible technique to cover the truth or to not entirely say it at least, but every time, his conclusion was the same...he's gonna know. He, for sure, will be able to tell if Jimin is even just trying to lie to him. And so, after the longest hesitation, he decided on telling him the truth. He knew he was surely gonna get an earful for what he had done. And he surely knew his father was not going to accept his relationship or who he was having said relationship with. the thought of having to be separated from Jungkook for more than two days already had him shaking and whining in sadness. He couldn't imagine not being comforted by his gentle alpha every night, and not having his amazing scent on him all the time. The poor omega was troubled during most of his day and when the time was almost there for his father to come back home, he couldn't help the nervous pheromones that seeped through his scent.

When his father entered the hut, the air became dense and Jimin had a hard time finding his breath. Saw the way his father sniffed the air before snapping his head towards him. His gaze went from relieved to concerned to angry all at once. The goosebumps that rose from the nervous omega's skin were enough to sell off his fear. 

- You're back...but you reek of alpha, and no alpha that I know has this scent. What happened, son? Did someone hurt you? 

His father's voice was emotionless, but the omega knew to not trust it. he was aware that his father was just good at disguising his concern.

- No one hurt me dad, I was very safe and very well taken care of.

Jimin tried his best to keep his voice from shaking, but the end of his sentence was a bit unstable. 

- Answer me Jimin. What happened?

The omega gulped audibly as his father walked towards him only to sit on the chair facing him.

- I-I...It's complicated, dad.

- answer the question, son. 

- I went into heat dad. But-But I was with someone amazing that I trust with all my heart. That's what happened and that's also why I suddenly disappeared. I know this probably will sound absolutely crazy to you, but the alpha...uhm...the alpha I was with is my true mate.

Jimin looked up nervously to meet his dad's eyes only to look straight back down after seeing the furry in his eyes. his father's eyes were burning with rage at the thought of his precious omega son with an unknown Alpha.

- Who is this alpha Jimin?!

His father yelled in his direction. Jimin could feel the anger rolling off of him in waves. His own hands shaking at the thought of what he was about to reveal.

- His name is Jungkook Appa...he's...the alpha from the forest.

At the simple mention of the forest, his dad let out the loudest growl he had ever heard. he was pretty sure even Taehyung had been able to hear it from his own hut. He, himself, flinched at the sound before backing himself away considerably.

- You lied to us! You went to the forest,  and on top of that, you went to mingle with the most dangerous alpha you could find?! And now, you come here as if you've done nothing, and expect me to believe that this monstrous beast is your true mate?! Have you gone mad Jimin?!

And before Jimin had the time to defend Jungkook or himself, His father stormed right back out of the hut. Leaving Jimin to finally let the tears he had been holding stream down his face.
