P3 Composition 7

One stormy night,an apartment's door opened with a creaking sound.Two masked burglars clad in black suits tiptoed into the house as quiet as a mouse with a torchlight,not wanting to wake anybody in the house up.
Using a skeleton key,they unlocked all the cupboards and drawers before ransacking for valuables.They found some cash under a pile of clothes.When they were about to leave,they spotted an antiqued vase beside an armchair.One of the burglars decided to steal it as well.As they were leaving the house,the burglar holding the antique vase lost grip of it and the vase dropped onto the marble floor with a "Clang!"The house owners,an old couple,were afraid to come out.The burglars took the money and fled.When there was no more sound,the elderly couple came out of their room and saw that the whole place was in a mess.
They decided to call the police.When the police arrived at the scene,they started to scan for fingerprints.The police took just two days to identify the burglars.
The burglars were the old couple's ex-employees.The elderly couple was relieved that the burglars were arrested and they got back most of their valuables.
