P4 Composition 3

One refreshing morning,Alice woke up earlier than usual.She was in high spirits.She was excited as her parents were going to bring her to the Universal Studios.This was her first trip there.Alice ate her breakfast quickly and changed into her favourite red-coloured limited edition Polo T-shirt and khaki pants.They set off immediately as they didn't want to be caught in a peak hour jam.
Alice and her parents boarded a crowded MRT at the Tampines MRT station and had to stand.The passengers in the train were packed like sardines.During the journey,Alice saw a suspicious man with his hands tucked inside his jean's pocket,in his thirties inching slowly towards a woman who was engrossed in watching a korean drama on her phone.
He leaned the lady as if he was trying to watch the movie she was watching.He looked around the train suspiciously.When no one was watching,he reached into the lady's bag and took out her purse.Alice saw everything that happened and out of the blue she shouted at the top of her lungs,"Pickpocket!"Some passengers with fast reflexes joined effort and pinned the pickpocket down.He struggled for a few minutes but in vain.One of the passengers pressed the alarm to alert the driver.At the next station,the police were already waiting there for the train.The police handcuffed the pickpocket and brought him back to the police station.The lady thanked Alice profusely and even offered her some sweets but Alice rejected politely.
Alice's parents praised her for her bravery and treated her to Gelato over lunch at a grand restaurant,before continuing their journey to Universal Studios.Alice went on many fun rides there and stayed till 7pm.She grinned from ear to ear as she went home.
