NOT EDITED!
✨✨Hey, Y'all! Once again, this is actually part of the plot, you'll see later. I'm not just writing off the top of my head with no plot.
Also don't worry,, this story ain't gonna be the "oh nO! She gets kIDNApPed!" Or is gonna be filled with guns. Too cliche sounds like we're reading a Chinese manhwa.

As I was saying, this situation is actually going to help build a relationship closer, that's why we need this little portion of the book. ✨✨

After a week of the news, it was now official moving day. I haven't been able to meet up with anyone. I've been packing and cleaning the house for the whole week, never seeing the presence of anyone else other then the reflection in my mirror. My boxes were packed and were moving into the moving truck. We had trucks parked in a long line. My family had a lot of shit, useless shit we all barely even used. We had the movers place our heavier furniture into the vans. I looked back at my old house, memories flooding my mind. The happy moments with my mother and my brother. There were no happy memories with my father. I didn't really care because now I wasn't that naive child who just craved for her fathers attention. Now I seemed too resent his judge full eyes.

I walked into the house looking at the emptiness of the floor and walls. The slight sound of music echoed in the house. I decide to to follow that music secretly. When I approached, I noticed that it came from the kitchen. I seen my fathers phone on the counter. A surprising smile appeared on his face, as he walked towards his wife. His hands reaching towards her waist. Her pulled her closer and placed a small peck on her lips. "This is our song, honey."

They swayed back and forth, not knowing of my presence that was watching their small interaction. My mother laughed and nodded her head, placing her head on his chest. "You need to be nicer to Y/N, honey. You don't want her to do what Yoonli did... I don't my baby to leave us so early."

My father sighed and rubbed the back of her head. "I'm just doing what's best for us as a family—"

"Forcing her to marry someone she barely knows? Honey... that's not the best at all." My mother sighed breaking away from the embrace. I decided not to eavesdrop any longer. Leaving the two to have their conversation.

I walked back outside watching a car pull up right behind all the moving trucks. I placed my hand on top of my brow bone covering the sun so I can see clearly. I watch as the family of three step out of the vehicle. The young man looking back into the car reaching back for his phone. After he grabs it, I see him look up. Our eyes connecting. Time felt like it stopped. We were both lost in each others eyes, thoughts wondering to different things. I felt awkward tension so I quickly diverted my eyes to the parents that were now approaching me.

I wave my hand towards them, a bow following after. I have to show courtesy. They did the same, a huge smile falling on Jeonghans mothers face. She reached over and gently touched my cheek. "Goodness, you get even more prettier every time I see you. Reminds me when I was younger—"

"Don't say that! You're still very young." I gently elbow her while a smile on my face. She laughs and slaps my arm in a humorous way. She then turns to me and asks where my parents are so I pointed inside the house. I watch as the couple walks up the steps into the empty house. The sound of the rustling grass blew against the wind and straight into my ear. I turn my head staring at the man who had his hands in his pockets, lips flattened in a flat line. I did say anything and looked away.
—why would I say anything? I don't want to speak to him. I feel awkward even just being within twenty feet of him.

"So you're officially moving today." Jeonghans lips moved, still flattening at the end of his sentence. Why am I so annoyed right now? I roll my eyes, at the same time watching the men move the boxes into the trucks. His eyes trailed mine and watched the men as well. "...how are you?"

"What're you asking?" I ask. Why is he curious? He should know the answer already. He's seen the interaction between my father and I. Now being forced to move into a house I don't want to move into?
—it's the exact same as how father is trying to force love between Jeonghan and I. It's irritating, I feel as if I have a headache.

To pile even more stress onto me, lately I've been getting this creepy texts. It's seems as if someone's been watching me. —Stalking me, even. There'd be texts saying I looked good today, but I've only left the house once. Saying things like should eat that dish together, and it would be a meal I made at home. It's been making me wake up in cold sweat. Even standing out in the open like this makes me shiver. At times I thought it could be Jeonghan, but I honestly am not sure. The stalker would give off such feelings, but then they don't. Just in case I turned towards Jeonghan. "It's you, isn't it?"

NARRATIVE

Jeonghan tilted his head. He wasn't quite sure what you were asking. 'Him what?' What was him? Was she talking about the bruising on Mingyus face? After what Vernon said to him in the room. He's been trying to avoid you seeing the scabs and swelling, so to his best abilities he covered his face with makeup, hoping to hide the hideous evidence of his fight. Was that what you were asking about. "Is what me?"

You just sigh, rubbing your face and then pinching the small skin on your nose bridge. You shook your head and crossed your hands. "No, nevermind it's nothing."

You turn around to leave. Jeonghan quickly steps in front of you, analyzing your features. Trying to read your stone cold face. "Are you alright? You look pale— You're burning up too."

You smack his hands away from your face, glaring at him. "I'm perfectly fine—"

—Ding♪. Your phone buzzed in your back pocket. It vibrated, as you pulled it out. Multiple texts popping up in the bar along the top of your screen.

Why're you with Jeonghan?
He's a piece of shit
I can treat you better.
○ He's always in fucking way

Your eyes widened. Your hand was trembling, your whole body was. It scared you... most of all, it scared Jeonghan. Your expressionless face was now filled with an expression of someone who'd just seen a corpse. You quickly glance around as quickly as you can.
—the last text that was sent... "he's better off dead..?"
