I am ecstatic! How in the hell is this even possible? That, I honestly have no damn clue.

This book will be finishing within a few chapters and I know some of you probably hate me for that, but you'll probably hate me even more later.

~AU👁👄👁

It was all still the same. After a few days, everything died down. You'd still get consistent stares, sly comments and small insults, but eventually in subsided slightly. You didn't know how, you didn't know why, and you didn't even care. At this point, you were considering on dropping out. Flipping the bird to the school and the students, the facility and the teachers. You felt miserable, but you hid that with your strong personality and a cold stone face.

You'd still get those girls once in a while who'd tried to trip you, or tug on your hair, but whenever they did, you wouldn't say anything. You'd stop all movements, connect eyes and just stare at them. It creeped them out despite them picking on you first. Once they see that them trying push your buttons left them empty handed, they'd scurry away, not wanting to be by you any longer.

Chatter continued to sprawl out in the hallways, some people glancing at the stitches on your head. If it left a scar, then it left a scar. That was the last thing on your mind right now. Because right now—

Right now, you were wanting to walk past the man you felt who kept his eyes remained on you. The man who stood at the end of the hallways, eyes widened as his feet tried to enclose the distance around the both of you. You kept your pace, strutting down the swarmed, crowded hallways. His slender fingers reached to grasp your wrist, his gentle angelic voice cling your name. "Y/N—"

Still. Nothing happened. It was left unnoticed. So irrelevant that you walked past him, pulling your arm closer to your chest. Barely even staring him in the eyes. You couldn't, because Jeonghan had the eyes of the devil. Tempting you with things that aren't real, his devilish acts being hidden from his angelic face. So you walked passed him. He followed after you, calling your name as his strides became larger trying to fill in this huge gap you've made. You had a feeling that you weren't ever going to get rid of him just yet, so you walked into the only room he was prohibited from entered.
     —The females restroom.

As you walked in, you could hear Jeonghan curse, stomping his feet right outside the doors. You clutched tightly onto your bag that hung around your shoulder, stepping back to look at yourself in the mirror. Judging from how large of steps were you taking, you noticed how your skirt started rising up. Quickly pulling the hem or the skirt down, you dust the dirt on your shirt. Today's outfit was more of a preppy one. If you don't feel good on the inside, decorate yourself on the outside, that way you have something to look forward too. You looked around, there was a back exit. You're usually only allowed to use it in case of a fire, but the everyone goes through that exit anyways.

You pull on the handle, swinging the door open. Your eyes widened, stepping back from shock. 'How in the hell' you thought. Tears brimming their eyes as they looked you up and down. Yeonhee wiped the tears that managed to roll down her cheek, hiccuping while more tears started to fall. This whole thing was making her fall apart. She felt horrible, she missed you, and she didn't know what to do. You were the only person she actually liked. Yet she thought that the last chance of becoming friends with her was already gone with the wind. "C-Can we talk?"

You bit your lip, cutting through the skin layer as a thin layer of blood rolled over your taste buds. The metallic taste of the red liquid causing you to groan out. You were always a sucker for crying. You hesitantly bobbed your head. Following her as she wiped her running nose.

Yeonhee lead you outside the school gates, sitting herself on a bench around the park you both usually would visit. Her hands clenched around in her lap while looking at the swings that moved with the wind. Emptiness surrounding the playground. She cleared her throat, wiping her still soaking cheeks. "What you saw that night... it wasn't as it seemed to be."

You watched as she turned her head to stare at you. Eyes screaming sincerity but your eyes didn't lie. You seen everything. The way Jeonghan hovered over her, the smell of just sex in his room. You scoffed standing to your feet. For a second you thought that she'd say something. Even an apology will surface, but she instead decided to lie in your face? You ignored her calls, walking away. It wasn't until her words caused your feet to halt. Heartbeat stopping from the shock that her words sent you. "I always was jealous of you."

"Jealous of me? Yeonhee, you and your constant lies—"

Yeonhee shook her head, gripping tightly at the hem of her hoodie, staring down at her knee high black heels. She dragged her bottom lip in between her teeth, on the brink of tears. "You didn't have people look at you like some sex doll to toss around. You captured people's attention simply by the way you act and not the way you look."

"They look at me like I'm a freak—"

"That's what you think." Yeonhee glanced up, tears following from her face. She glanced to the play structure, not wanting to connect eyes with her ex bestfriend she just made a confession too. She let out a small laugh, shaking her head. "Every person I've dated, or grown to like, all seemed to fall for you. Some of they even told me they only dated me to get close to you."

Yeonhee let the corners of her lips rise staring sadly at you while a fake smile plastered her lips. "Even Jeonghan. He was the one person I thought was mine. In the end her gravitated towards you... I didn't mind as much, because I soon found out that I didn't like him that way. Because all I could see when I looked at Jeonghan... was Mingyu."

Your eyes widened slightly. Your mouth fell agape, but then considering how rude it was, you closed it right back up. You stool a deep breath in, slowly walking back towards Yeonhee as she sniffled her nose. "I wanted to hate you. I told myself that I should hate you... but I couldn't find it in myself to do it. You were and are my only family, Y/N." She laughed pointing her finger at you. Letting her finger bounce as she shook her head. "Despite how fucking crazy your family is... you still have a family. I don't know my dad, my moms always on business trips. The closest person I know other than you is my mothers assistant. How sad is that?"

Yeonhee flattens her lips into a straight line, poking her tongue at the inside of her cheek. She slapped her hands on her thighs, standing up from the bench. Tilting her head to the side. "That night you walked in, Jeonghan and I did those things with no feelings involved. We both used each other because we believed that what we wanted was never going to happen."

All it was was Yeonhee spilling her heart out to you. The truth of the situation and the emotions she wouldn't have dared shared if she felt the need to. With one last smile, she placed her hand on your shoulder. "I suggest talking with Jeonghan. You don't have to forgive Mingyu, him or me... but at least spare him a little bit of your time."
