I'm at school, the place where I embarrass myself the most,,in front of my crush. Namjoon. I like him but I don't think he likes me back. ..I think... I mean I've never really had a full conversation with him. How am I so obsessed
My friends tell me every time "you should ask him out" but nope. I can't even look at him plus he probably has a girlfriend. Btw my friends are Jimin and Hoseok. Their my best friends and they're are the complete opposite of me. They're confident, super out going and their kind of friends with Namjoon. I think they met in middle school...but anyway right now I'm walking to my locker since my next class is in a couple minutes. And guess what...Namjoon's locker is next to mine 😃! So I awkwardly walked to my locker and opened it.

I saw Jin walking to his locker. He's always shy around me...I wonder if I make him uncomfortable but speaking of Jin; Jimin told me that Jin likes me...but I didn't believe him,,actually now that I think of it maybe he does...that's why he's so shy around me. I should try talking to him

"Hi Jin!" He said excitingly. "H..hi" I said in the shyest and most embarrassing way possible.
"What class do you have?" He asked "Science, you?" I said trying to sound normal. "Me too! But I've never seen you in class..." welp. 🧍♂️ I thought "O..ohh I always sit in the back of the class" I said as an excuse.
"Ohh...well come sit next to me" he said in the sweetest tone ever, "Are you sure?" Does he really want to sit next to ME? "Of course!" "Ok.." I responded

"I kind of want to be friends with Jin. Him and Jimin are friends so I'm sure we'll get along great!" Namjoon thought
Back to Jin's POV
I sat next to Namjoon and I saw Jimin smirking while looking at me. I looked at him with a weird expression...and whispered , "What?"
"Nothing..." he said while still smirking . "Ok?" Welp that was weird.
Oh— I guess I didn't realize I was holding Namjoon's hand. I freaked out, my ears even got red "Are you ok?" He asked "Y..yea..it's just your holding my hand..." I said trying my best not to look him in the eye. "Ohh sorry!", "It's ok" I said reassuring him
Oh my god I can't believe it...I actually talked to him...but that still doesn't mean anything, I mean...he's just being nice...right????

"Do you need help?" Namjoon asked "No it's ok, I'll just do it at home" I said "Oh c'mon I'll help you, it'll be easier" He said. Then he explained how to do it
"There!" He said with a proud smile "thanks." I said "No problem, now c'mon"

"where are we going?" "To lunch!" He's inviting me to sit with him!? "Ohh..but I sit with Jimin and Hoseok"
"They can sit with us too!" "O..ok.."

Hoseok and Jimin were waiting for me at our lunch table "I'm gonna go tell them to sit with us" "Ok! I'll wait for you" Then I went towards them "Hey.."
"Hi! Can we talk about what happened in science?" Jimin asked
"What..do you mean.." I said trying to act confused "You and Namjoon were holding handssss" said Hoseok
"I'll tell you what happened, later, we're going to sit at his table" "What!? He never invited me to his table.!" Jimin said feeling disrespected
"Whatever..c'mon let's go" "Fine." Jimin said while rolling his eyes and grabbing Hoseok's hand
Oh! Did I mention Taehyung and Yoongi are Namjoon's friends? Anyways...we got to their table and everyone greeted each other
"Oh your Jin, right?" Asked Taehyung "yeah.." I said nervously "Well hi I'm Tae this is Yoongi" well...this is gonna be awkward "Hi..Jin" "Hi..." I said trying my best not to sound weird which I failed at completely.
"Do you guys know each other...?" Asked Namjoon "Yeah..I guess" I said while looking down. "How?" "Uhh...you tell them" Yoongi said while taking a bite out of his food
"Umm...Yoongi and I dated-" "You what??"They all said. God could they say that any louder. "Why didn't you tell us!?" Said Hoseok...wow I've never seen him mad before. "I didn't think I had to..?"

For some reason I felt jealous...wait..what- no! I shouldn't be, Jin's just a friend...
