*Ara's POV*

We waited for her to start but she just sat down with sigh. I could tell she's stressed but honestly I'm more scared than anything else.

"Do you think this is easy?" She questioned us.

"What exactly? What you do or us being here?" Ty asked.

"Both."

"Neither." Nate answered.

"Believe me doing this with you guys is way harder than doing my job. I honestly don't want this for you but it's not up to me." She motioned to the chairs and we took a seat.

"So something to consider is that if you actually decide to be apart of this life then I'll be your parent and your boss, so no matter where you are what I say goes." someone knocked on the door and mom sighed.

"Come in." She resonded as B stepped in.

"Sorry to interrupt but, we need you." she rolled her eyes.

"What part of deal with it was so hard?"

"I'm sorry but he's dying... Literally."

"Okay, fine. Just call it a day and call Renly, if he dies I blame you B, he's your responsibility."

"Yes ma'am." He left closing the door and mom continued.

"Okay, one thing to keep in mind is that there are gonna be things that have to be done, things that you mightn't like or agree with. But what's gotta be done, has gatta be done no matter how dirty the deed."

"For everyone else here loyalty and honesty goes a long way for them. B is my right hand, that's why he's so straightforward with me. He and everyone else is here to protect all of us and anyone who steps foot in here and doesn't have my family's wellbeing as their top priority doesn't leave outside of a body bag."

"I can't promise you anything. I can't promise that you'll live, I can't promise that you won't suffer, I can't promise that you won't get hurt or hurt somebody else. I can't promise that you won't be targeted, I can't promise that your life won't be hard, I can't promise that won't regret it but I can promise you that I will protect you until my last breath because I will."

"I'm not the saint you thought I was. I do things that you thought I wouldn't; it's not everyday someone meets a person like me. But for you, you guys have to decide if that's a blessing or a curse. Either way, this life changes you for better or for worst, but never loose sight of who you are. You'll regret it, that I can truly promise."

"How can you be a curse to anybody?" I asked and mom scoffed standing up.

"I wish there was somebody to tell the tale and those who can would rather not. I'm a curse to anybody I come in contact with."

"What about us, dad and everybody else? You're not a curse to us mom." Ty chimed in.

"You say that because you haven't seen it yet. And as for Tommy, Tommy is just an idiot." She chuckled. "He still married me even though I told him it was a bad idea."

"It was a bad idea to you, not me." Dad answered standing behind us at the door.

"You're back early." Mom told him with a smile as he walked over to her.

"And I'm not dead yet, see." He hugged her.

"And what about Ben?" She asked still holding into him.

"Oh he's dead." Mom laughed. They pulled away from the hug and she looked up at him.

"What happened to the meeting?"
