*Nate's POV*

I walked up to Ara's door and sighed. I knocked and she answered clearly behind those doors balling her eyes out.

"Go away!" She yelled just before her voice cracked.

"Hey, come on. Let me in please" I pleaded on the other end of the door.

"This is not your problem to fix Nate. So why'd they send you?!"

"No one sent me I came here of free will Ara just open the door please"

"No!" She yelled and I heard a thud meaning She threw something at the door.

"I know it's not my problem to fix but your mom can't do it she's in her room doing exactly what you're doing right now" she didn't answer this time. The only thing that returned to me was silence.

I was about to plead again when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked back and saw my dad.

"Let me try" he told me before knocking.

"Where's uncle Tommy?" I raised a brow.

"Tommy's only one person. He only could talk to one sad and angry female at a time, so I'm here to help him out." Dad sighed before pulling me to the side away from Ara's door.

"Listen to me. Whatever it is that's going on between you and Ty. Fix it. I don't wanna know and I don't care to know what it is okay. Just fix it." He whispered and I nodded. He patted my shoulder and darted his head to my room door.

"Now go. I got this one." I turned around and left as dad knocked.

*Clara's POV*

"What?!" I yelled at another knock on my door.

"Woah I don't like that tone baby shark." Uncle Ben answered and I softly chuckled but that disappeared as quickly as it came.

He was calling me baby shark since I was little and not because of the freaking nursery rhyme. He just claims I'm a spitfire and my bite is worse that my bark. Vicious even. So he calls me baby shark.

"What do you want uncle Ben?" I answered.

"I just wanna talk. There's just somethings you need to know before you never speak to your mother again." I sighed and wiped my eyes.

"Come in." He turned the knob and walked in. "Where's dad?" I asked softly completely forgetting that I'm upset with him to.

"Making sure he doesn't sleep on the couch tonight" I glared at uncle Ben who started chuckling. "I'm sorry, too soon. But aren't you mad at him too or did you forget?" He sat on my bed giving me a very sneaky smile.

"Shut up" I growled and he snickered.

"Okay daddy's girl. Now time to get serious." He sighed. "Listen you really hurt your mom's feelings you know that?"

"She deserved it."

"I can't say she didn't. She shouldn't have lied, I get that but you have to know that she was so terrified to tell you guys this." I looked away from him.

"I can't count how much times Tommy talked to her about it and she agreed but then she chickened out. All because she was terrified at how you guys would react, what you'd think and even what your answer would be when she gave you that choice."

"But your dad eventually convinced her and she eventually found the courage to do it." He sighed. "I was never good at this sappy make-up shit that's what my other half was for; your dad. He is so good at this shit." I almost cracked a smile but didn't.
