Yesterday's lessons with Mr. Payne were less eventful as Monday's.
We tied one on one, he won five rounds and so did I.
Yes I played five rounds of basketball with my teacher. It was only because I have to win at everything, and he did too.
After today's class he gave me homework, he was about to leave when I got a call from Caitlin.
-"Caroline are you watching the news?"
-"No I just finished class." I said and he stopped his way out to listen.
-"Its Nicole. She's not at the hospital."
-"WHAT?"
-"I know! I'm coming upstairs right now."
Caitlin almost knocked Payne over when she opened the door.
"Who are you?" She asked, looking at him.
"This is Mr. Payne." I said quietly.
"No. Way." She said.
"I'm right here." He said, scratching his head.
"HES BRITISH CAROL YOU LOVE BRITISH PEOPLE!" She said excitedly.
I gave her a death stare signalling her to shut up.
"Oh I see you guys kissed and stuff okay." She said, nodding.
"CAITLIN!"
"I didn't know you love British people." He said, I was thankful he was trying to change the topic.
"Yea. Well isn't there a more important thing here? Nicoles missing again!" I said.
"We should go see Gordon no?" Mr. Payne said.
Me and Caitlin looked at each other. "You know Gordon?"
"Erm, think you mentioned him once." He said awkwardly.
"Don't think I did but whatever. Good idea." I said and we left my apartment.
"You don't have to come." I said.
"I want to." He said, this is too weird he's my teacher. We're probably not supposed to go anywhere with him but we have bigger problems.
Gotham City, Police Station
3:00 p.m
Gordon
"I thought I'd see you at some point today." I said when Liam, Caroline, and Caitlin stormed in. "Put I thought I'd only be joined by Caroline. Caroline how do you know Liam?"
"Gordon how do you know Liam?" She asked and he coughed. "Mr. Payne." She said quietly. Strange I didn't know he was teaching...
"So." I said, sitting down. "Whatcha got for me?"
"What do you mean." Caroline said seriously.
"Where's Nicole." I said simply.
"You think I know? That's why we're here!"
"You know nothing?"
All three shook their heads no, then we all turned our heads quickly to direct our attention at who just burst through the station's door.
