Chapter 11

Mina woke up and she remembered everything.Her questions are now answered.She suddenly remembered that day when she unexpectedly nailed the cooking and Chaeyoung even said it taste like her mom's.She now remember,when she was at the Son's household Mrs.Son thought hee how to cook and even her recipe to give it to Chaeyoung but then the accident happened.

She remembered everything and she felt like crying.

Meanwhile Chaeyoung whose sitting while resting her head on the bed,she's sleeping.She's tired and overwhelmed.That's why she sensed some familiarity when she saw Mina.She never admitted it back then but she really loved penguin.Penguin thought her how to love and she really fell lonely when she left.When Mina came she thought she already moved on but turns out she didn't.She still love her penguin but now with the name,Mina.She's grateful that they met again,when she realised that her penguin and Mina is the same person she's happy,she's like the happiest person alive.

Now back to reality,Chaeyoung felt something moving so she shot her eyes open.When she saw Mina woke up she immediately asked if she's okay."I'm okay,cub."The older replied.The younger sigh in relief."What happened?"Mina asked."You suddenly collapsed."Chaeyoung became worried when Mina looked at her with teary eyes.

"Chaeyoung...I..I-I'm sorry,I didn't kept our promise."Mina said and bursted out crying.Chaeyoung did too,she knows what the older is talking about."Hey,its okay.The important thing is you remember me now."

They calmed down and talked endlessly.Trying to catch up with each others lives,just like what bestfriends do...but the only difference is they're a bit of flirting.

Time passed by and Chaeyoung decided to go out first."So what happened?We heard some sobbing."Jeongyeon asked."Long explanation but I met dad."All of them looked at her with wide eyes, Chaeyoung did shared that her parents died."I mean Mina's dad."She made it clear.

"Ah..I thought you're seeing ghost."Sana said with a relieved sigh."Come here,tell us about it."Nayeon said and pat the empty space beside her."Its a long story."The younger said and sat beside the oldest."Then make it short."The savage maknae said that made Chaeyoung roll her eyes.

After they went to the village,they became really close.They don't only treat each other as friends but sisters.

Chaeyoung's POV

Its time to eat and Mina isn't leaving the room yet.I decided to go there and I found her sleeping.I just sat beside her and stared at her beautiful face,I just couldn't get enough of it."Stop staring."I was surprised for a second,I thought she's sleeping.She coved her face to hide her blushing face.She's so cute!

I remembered why I went here."Let's eat,the others are waiting."She's still not moving."I want to sleep more."She closed her eyes and lay on a comfortable position."If you're not gonna get up,then I have no choice but to do this."I pulled the comforter down and carried her in a bridal style.When I first did this,I'm really struggling so hard but now,I got used to it.

"Yah!Chaeyoung,what are you doing?"She said and opened her eyes,I flashed a wide smile that revealed my dimples."Hold on tight."She was about to ask something but I started walking,she immediately wrapped her arms on my neck.I carried her from our room to the kitchen and let her sat on the chair,she was blushing.

Our friends started teasing her and she became more redder."Didn't you're that strong,Chaeng."Momo unnie said,I just nodded and continue eating."And didn't know Mina can be dominated."Sana unnie said,smirking while looking at Mina."Unnie,stop."She responded shyly that made us laugh.

Its great here,I didn't mean it by having big house and technologies.I love it here cause I found my new family here.I'm really thankful we meet again,that is like..the best thing ever.

No One's POV

Night time came and the couple is just laying in the king sized bed.They're in their favorite position but something changed.Chaeyoung was now the one who's resting her back on the headboard and Mina is laying on her stomach.

They were just silent,it was a comfortable one. Chaeyoung was just caressing Mina's hair that made her sleepy."Hey..."Mina said,smiling widely.Chaeyoung didn't respond."Uh..you're staring."Mina said,she was reenacting what happened when they're still a child. Chaeyoung decided to play along.

"You're just beautiful.. really beautiful."The cub responded with a big smile,Mina was really beautiful back then and she is still beautiful.She praised her younger self saying that she has great taste.

"You're still beautiful,you know that?"The cub added that made the penguin blush.The penguin can't believe it,she doesn't know that she has this side."Stop it, Chaeyoung."The older can feel the younger's stare and she felt shy.

"I'll only stop if you give me a kiss."Chaeyoung said bravely.Mina do love teasing Chaeyoung but she doesn't like to get teased.

"Do I really have to?"Mina said,almost like a whisper but Chaeyoung heard it."Yes."After she said that she felt soft lips landing on her left cheek."I want it here."Chaeyoung pouted and pointed her lips.Mina was dying already but she still gave Chaeyoung a quick peck on the lips that made Chaeyoung smile for her victory.

"Let's sleep."

They felt asleep on each others arms.They were tired and there's many thing that they need to do the next day,it was an exhausting day but no matter how exhausted are they,whenever they see each others smile,all of them would go away.And falling asleep with your significant other is the best thing that would happen,in the end of the day.

They fell asleep with a smile.
