As the doors started shifting all emotion became devoid from Rosalina, she couldn't be caught in here. Swiftly she hid behind one of the pillars, tucked away enough where she wouldn't be seen. Aris and Thomas followed suit right as Janson strutted through the entrance, another staff member trailing behind.

"Chancellor Ava Paige was specific, she wanted to speak with you personally." the man beside Janson explained, stressed as he rapidly tapped on his electronic pad in hand.
"As if I don't have enough to deal with, can't this wait?" Janson spat, his eyebrows creased in annoyance.
"There's some interference from the storm, bear with me." the staff member continued.
"It's good enough, go on make the connection."Janson ordered, a split second after a hologram appeared. He cleared his throat and wore a smile.

"Good evening, Doctor Paige. It's lovely to hear from you, I won't lie, I wasn't expecting to hear from you quite so soon." he announced.
"There's been a change of plans, Janson. I'll be arriving sooner than expected, first thing tomorrow." the woman spoke.

Chancellor Ava Paige, I knew she worked with the facility but she's coming here? I've never seen her before. Rosalina thought, the woman held a serious expression.

"We'll be delighted to have you, the progress we've made is extremely promising. Whatever experiments you've conducted with those kids, it's working." Janson snarled, his phony tone of voice making Thomas; who was across the hall, cringe.

Doctor Ava Paige stood up from the desk she had been sitting at, the hologram lagged, then she walked over to a board of data and crossed her arms.
"Not well enough," her disappointment obvious. "I've just received board approval, I want all the remaining kids sedated and prepped for harvest by the time I arrive." she continued, staring into the hologram.
"Doctor Paige, we're going as fast as we can. Setting up these kids for harvest takes a lot of our staff. We're still running tests." Janson replied, his calm front fading.
"Try something faster, this is our best plan." she countered. "Their security is not guaranteed, have you found The Right Arm?" she assessed.
"Not yet, we've tracked them into the mountains." Janson answered.
"So they're still out there. They've hit two of our installations, they want these kids as bad as we do. And let me make this clear; I cannot, I cannot afford another loss. Not now, when we're so close to a cure." Ava Paige proclaimed, sinking back down into her office chair.
"Might I suggest we start with the new arrivals?" Janson offered.
         "Just get it done."
The hologram connection was cut as the man beside Janson tapped his electronic, Janson rubbed his temples in thought. Rosalina looked around her pillar to catch Thomas' eyes, he and his friends were the newest arrivals. Aris followed her gesture, turning to Thomas.

Not wasting a second the trio snuck behind Janson and his assistant to the exit. Rosalinas heart throbbed, threatening to break through her chest as she stuck together with the two boys. Right before they reached the double doors and made their exit, Rosalina took one last glance at her best friends. I'm so sorry; Chantel, Naylea. I wish things were different, I love you both. Her thoughts didn't deter her ability to stay focused, they had to get out.
