♡ tsukiyama - when you need me ♡

A smile traced Tadashi's lips as he looked at the boy in front of him.

"Tsukki?" He asked, blinking happy yet confused at his window. "Why are you here?"

The evident tear tracks on Tadashi's face broke Tsukishima's heart, and he climbed through the window fully to embrace his boyfriend in a hug. "You said you had a nightmare."

Tadashi laughed quietly, trying not to wake his parents. His fingers traced Tsukishima's as they let go, leaving circles as he went along his palm to calm himself down.

"It wasn't that bad," he lied, "just a nightmare. It happens to all of us."

Tsukishima frowned and placed his palms on either side of Tadashi's face, angling it up to look at him.Tadashi felt his heart skip a beat or two, looking at his boyfriend silhouetted by the moonlight where it seemed he was meant to sit.

"Just because it happens doesn't mean it's okay."

A moment of silence flooded Tadashi's room after he tiredly flopped back into bed, Tsukishima joining him soon after. Tsukishima's arm was wrapped protectively around the other boy and Tadashi, although it definitely mildly cut his ability to breathe, didn't find it right to complain since it was still quite comfortable.

"Thank you," he mumbles quietly, and Tsukishima hears because of the short distance, "for coming. I thought you'd still be sleeping."

Tsukishima smiled, running his fingers gently through his boyfriend's hair. "No, it's fine Tadashi. I was sleeping, but I have my settings so do not disturb excludes your contact."

"Oh." Tadashi replied, too sleepy to think of a better response.

Tadashi almost drifts off again, but Tsukishima leans over to give him a quick kiss on his forehead before returning to his spot next to Tadashi. "Tadashi, I know I've said it before but, I'm always here for you when you need me."

"I know," Tadashi quietly giggles, "and I'm here for you to. Now sush, just because you came over to comfort me doesn't mean you get to keep me up either. I'm tired."

Tsukishima huffs, but nonetheless closes his own eyes and falls asleep soon after, his most favorite person in the world in his arms.
