Me: hey sugar, do you want to come have a sleepover tonight? I rented a movie
Sugar: sure
Sugar: what time?
Me: 6 work?
Sugar: ok, see u then darling ♡

Asahi wanted to puke looking at Daichi's texts. 'So sweet.' (in Asahi's defense, his texts between his boyfriend were more all caps and they didn't really use pet names.)

"You guys text like an old married couple."

"Asahi, that's not the point! What movie do we watch? How do I set up the area? I'm so lost!"

Asahi peaked around Daichi's (rather large) room. "Do you have any extra blankets or pillows?"

"A few, in the closet over there." Daichi said, pointing to a walk-in closet by the bed.

Asahi made his way into the huge closet, gasping at how big it was. "Woah, Daichi! Are you rich or something, this closet is the size of a bathroom!"

Daichi scrunched his nose. "Our bathrooms are much bigger."

"Well," Asahi started, voice still carrying hints of awe as he looked around the closet, "I figured your family would have money. You do a lot for the team."

"Yeah, well. My mom insists."

"Anyways, here-" Asahi set a pile of blankets on Daichi's bed, along with a pack of clothespins he had found. "Make a blanket fort with him, it seems like the kind of thing Suga would like."

"You're right - I would have never thought of that."

Asahi smiled. "What would you do without me."

"Probably suffer, thanks man."

Asahi nodded and smiled some more, happy to be of help. He looked around more, adding a few things to the pile every once in a while. After a few minutes, it was full of fairy lights, pillows, blankets, pins, and sheets."

"Do you know how to make these?"

"No."

Asahi wasn't disappointed, really. He expected that.

"Okay. Pin the sheets together and tie them to the poles of the bed or chairs, night stands, dressers... stuff like that."

"What about these ropes?" Daichi questioned, poking at the fairylights, giving Asahi a questioning look when he frowned at him.

"You really don't know what fairy lights are?"

"No?"

"They're - ugh, they're lights. Plug them in really quick, see what they look like."

Daichi complied and his eyes lit up when he looked at the string of yellow lights. "Suga loves these! He's been showing me pictures of them forever now."

"Good. You drape those all around the edges, and fasten them with the clothespins. Got it?"

"Sure. As of movies, Asahi, what should we watch?"

"Well.."

"Oh, Daichi! It's been a few days, yeah? How are you?"

"I'm fine, sugar. Let's head up to my room, okay?"

"Sure thing, darling, just let me take off my shoes for a moment."

Suga removed his shoes and Daichi eagerly grabbed his hand, bringing him up to his bedroom.

"Okay Suga. Let's build a blanket fort and then we can watch the movie?"

"I'm down, what movie did you pick out?"

"It's a surprise. Here, the blankets and stuff are on the bed."

The fort ended up being very fancy, with Daichi's dark blue sheets and white, fluffy blankets, the color scheme was beautiful and the fairy lights made the perfect finishing touch.

"My, Daichi. It looks so fany, I love it!"

Daichi smiled and climbed into the tent, Suga following soon after. He grabbed his laptop and set it on his knees, Suga curling closer to him so he could see.

"It is pretty cool, isn't it?"

Suga didn't respond, but instead gave Daichi a hug, squeezing tightly. Daichi laughed, and pulled up the movie Asahi had told him to play.

The movie started and both stared intently at the screen. It wasn't until 30 minutes in that the horror film started to really be horrific, tall, ugly, and sweaty creatures sending the camera jump scares every here and there, absolutely terrifying Suga.

Suga gave a not-so-manly screech when the monsters ate children. "DAICHI! What is this, this is terrifying!"

Daichi tried not to laugh as he brought Suga closer to him. "It's a horror film, darling. Are you scared?"

"No." Suga said with a pout, although he continued to cling to Daichi throughout the movie.

"Daichi... Can you, uhh - would you go to the kitchen to get water with me?"

"Huh, how come, sugar?"

"It's - I'll get lonely!"

"It's only a quick trip, what's wrong, huh~?" Daichi was obviously teasing Suga. It was Asahi's idea to play a horror film, both of them knowing Suga would be terrified, and Daichi didn't think it was all that bad of an idea.

"Fine, Daichi. But if I get eaten by 7 feet tall monsters with big teeth, you put on my gravestone that you weren't there to protect me!"

Daichi gave in and laughed. "Okay, okay, I'll go with you. Hop on!"

Daichi bent down a bit so Suga could climb onto his back, although Suga crossed his arms and refused.

"No, I can walk by myself."

"But how am I supposed to protect you from there? They could sweep you off the floor in a quick instant!"

Suga froze and reluctantly climbed onto Daichi's back, being carried to the kitchen. He filled a water bottle for him and his boyfriend, and was carried back to the bedroom. He set the bottles down and cuddled back to Daichi. "I hate you."

"I'm sure you do."

"You don't believe me!"

"Well yeah, you're hugging me right now."

"This is how I show you how much I hate you."

"Okay, please hate me forever then."

Suga didn't leave Daichi's side the rest of the night. When he found out it was Asahi who had recommended the movie, he packed his knife for the next day of school. (although, daichi knew him too well. "It's not knife time, sugar. It's okay, he probably peed himself watching this, most likely with Noya.")
