Chapter 31

After we were done finishing our meal, Cole paid the bill and then we headed out the door. After we walked out the door, we walked around the town for a bit, then we walked into a park. I loved walking through a park. I think that it is so peaceful.

As we were walking through the park, Cole and I's hands were intertwined with each other and we were just talking about some random stuff and laughing at each other's jokes that we would throw in between each topic that we would talk about.

"This is nice of you Colson," I said.

"What was nice of me?" Cole asked.

"This. You took me out for a nice dinner and taking me to the park to walk around." I replied.

"It is my pleasure, baby. Like I said before, I would do anything for you. Especially to make you happy." Colson said smiling.

I smiled back. We walked up to a pavilion and we walked towards the middle, then Colson turned me to face him.

"Sabrina, you are the most important person in my life right now and you are the best thing that has ever happened to me after my mother was killed. From the moment you walked into the school for the first time, I knew that I had to make you mine. Now that I have you, all I want to do is love you, care for you, and most of all protect you. After you told me about your step-father hurting you, I couldn't let you stay with him anymore and I couldn't stand the fact that he was hurting you and going to continue to hurt you. I am going to keep protecting, loving, and caring for you if you would let me. I'm asking you, Sabrina Jones, if you would make me the happiest man on this earth of marrying me." Colson said.

I was tearing up at this point and put my hand over my mouth. I was so speechless. Colson Baker literally just asked me to marry him. He pulled the ring out and it was a purple diamond ring. It was so beautiful.

I smiled at him.

"Yes, of course, I'll marry you," I said.

Colson put the ring on my finger and lift me up off of the ground and spun me around while hugging. After hugging each other for a couple of minutes, Colson put me down.

"I love you so much, baby girl," Colson said.

"I love you too Colson," I replied.

Colson intertwined our fingers and lead us out of the pavilion. We walked back towards the city. Colson called us a cab so that we could get back to the hotel. After tonight's events, I am exhausted.

A couple of minutes later, the taxi came. Colson and I got into the backseat and Colson told the driver where to go. As we were in the backseat Colson and I were holding hands and I had my head on Colson's shoulder.

A couple of minutes later, we have arrived at the hotel. We got out of the car and Cole paid the driver. After he did that, we walked into the lobby and into the elevator. A couple of seconds later, we walked off the elevator and walked to our hotel room. We unlocked the door and walked in. Colson closed the door and started to get undressed.

"I'm going to take a shower," Colson said.

"Okay," I replied.

Colson walked into the bathroom and started the water. I stripped down into my bra and panties because after Colson gets out of the shower, I'm going to be taking a shower. I know that it might be easier for us to get in the shower together but I'm pretty sure that Colson knew how tired I was so he probably didn't want to ask. To be honest, I wouldn't have minded going into the shower with him.

Anyways as Colson was in the shower, I opened our suitcase and started to put our clothes into it because we were leaving to go back home tomorrow. This vacation was the best vacation that I have ever been on and I am so glad that I got to enjoy it with my now-husband to be. It makes me smile knowing that I will be marrying the man that stole my heart.

"What are you smiling about," Colson asked wrapping his arms around my waist and putting his head on my shoulder.

I smiled and put my hands-on top of his.

"I am smiling because I am going to be getting married to the man that stole my heart," I replied.

"And who might this man be?" Colson asked smirking.

"You," I said blushing.

After I said that, Colson lifted his head and kissed my temple and walked over to the suitcase, and grabbed one of his boxers that I put in there. After he got it out, he removed his towel from his waist and put his boxers on. Colson's body was so hot. Colson looked over at me and smirked.

"Like anything you see?" Colson asked.

"Yes, actually. I do." I replied blushing.

"I like what I see too."

I rolled my eyes playfully and walked into the bathroom to turn the water on to the way that I like it and when the water is to where I like it, I turned on the shower and took off my bra and panties, and then I entered into the shower. I washed my entire body and I also shaved my legs because they needed to be shaved. After I shaved my legs, I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner.

After I'm done in the shower, I turn off the shower and then I turn off the water. I got out of the shower and grabbed my towel. I started to dry off and when I was dried off, I brushed my hair. After I brushed my hair, I blow-dried it and then I brushed it when my hair was fully dry.

After I dried my hair, I walked back into the room and put on black panties and one of Colson's shirts. After I put it on, I opened the duffle bag and put all of our bathroom stuff into it. When I have everything in there, I close the duffle bag and made sure that I have all of our clothes in the suitcase. When everything was into the suitcase, I closed it and grabbed that and the duffle bag and put it by the door so we could easily grab them when we head out the door.

After I put the bags by the door, I walked over to the bed and got on it. I crawled over to Colson and cuddled into his side. He wrapped his arm around me and pulled me close to him. I know that I probably have said this for like the hundredth time now but I just can't help it. I love being in Colson's arms. It is the best thing ever.

Since I am in Colson's arms, it is easier for me to fall asleep since I could never fall asleep until I met Colson. In a few minutes, I fell fast asleep.
