Rosy brought me to the magic room he created, so that we could talk without prying ears or eyes to disturb us.
“I’m glad you could tell that it wasn’t me,” Rosie said smiling
“Yeah, but now that’s over. I still haven’t spoken to you about it,” I said stepping away from the boy, he let go immediately, as if he had forgotten he was holding me.
“Let me see the conversation, using Legilimency. You can push that memory to the surface of your mind and that’s all I will look,” It took me a moment, I hadn’t let Voldemort into my head somehow using occlumency, I wasn’t sure if I could switch it off and even if I could I wasn’t sure if I wanted to.
“Okay, try and dig anything up an-,”
“Trust me, Rissy, okay,” I nodded.I pushed the memory to the surface, I could feel the boy's new presence in my brain, but I could also see into his. I resisted the urge to look inside his head until I finished sharing the memory and neither of us had access to each other's thoughts.
“My Rosy,” The boy said smirking at me
“That’s what you take from that, un bloody believable,”
“You have until July, really you sound like you’re telling me how many days I have left,”
“I’m tempted to give that git another beating for looking into my family,” he said becoming more serious.
I felt odd bringing the attention back to myself but, “my offer, for France. You're out of school next year. It could work,” I explained trying to stop any hope, just in case.
“Yeah, but you're right. I’m a coward, Rissy. I’m scared to die, so until July,”
“Until July,” I repeated, wrapping my arms around the boy, hoping to hide my face in his chest so he wouldn’t see me cry.

I made the worst mistake possible, I fell for Iris. I have known since Halloween, that night, the vulnerability and I realised my mistake. Every time she would walk into a room I got excited, and every time she would exit to avoid me recently would make me want to chase after her. Earlier when I had my arms around her waist, when she needed me to protect her, that feeling of having someone more powerful rely on you was amazing.
Right now, she had wrapped her arms around me burying her head in my chest, I felt my shirt dampen, I looked down at the girl and started to stroke her hair trying to stop her crying as it hurt me to see her cry.
“You know I’m crying don’t you,” She said, letting out a dry laugh at the end of her statement
“Well my shirts now wet and we’re inside, so unless you’re licking my chest,”
“You think you're so funny don’t you, Rosy,” she replied, looking up at me. Her eyes were red, but at least now she was smiling.
I think she noticed the time on the wall as she announced, “It’s late and I want to sleep,”
“I’ll walk you, to the tower,” I promised, not ready to separate from her.“To the tower we go,” she announced interlocking her arm with mine, trying to move past the fact that she had just cried into my chest.

Rosy walked me to the tower and it was only when we reached the painting that I noticed his hands, they were still raw. “Rosy your hands, there still-,”
“Don’t worry about it Rissy,”“I think it was quite admirable what you did,” I said kissing one of the boys hand before healing them, with my wand in the other hand. The boy took my hand kissing it in return, making me laugh.
