Chapter 31: It's Not Right

When the sun had the rays had shone through the windows and awoken a certain sleeping prince. He opened his eyes and realized that you were still in his arms. He smiled down at your form and kissed your head, lightly. He wished to wake up to this sight every day.

   ' How beautiful she is in the mornings. '

He stood up from his spot on the bed and changed into his new set of clothes, not caring if you would wake up or not. When he saw you were still asleep he walked out of his room and down to yours. He grabbed one of your dresses and ran back to his room.

You awoke to the sun entering the room and making the air around a little hot. You sat up on the bed and realized that you were in Quinn's room and that you never made it back to your own room. You slid your legs to your chest and rubbed your head. The heat asn't something you enjoyed, because of what it did to you. It made your cheeks flush red because of the hot air in the room, and it made you want to lay down in the shade for a long time.

   ' Why couldn't it just stay winter? My cheeks are already turning red from the rays entering through the window. '

The door opened in front of me and I watched Quinn step through with clothes in his hand. He smiled at me and closed the door behind himself, locking it again. He walked over to the bed and sat down really close to me, and it made me uncomfortable.

   " I brought you some clothes. I thought you would be uncomfortable going back down with what you came in last night. So, I brought you a dress from your room. "

   " Thanks, I think. "

You took the dress from him and realized it wasn't one of your maid dresses but it was one of your nicer ones. This dress was ruby red, and it wasn't very detailed. The sleeves were short and so was the dress, only reaching to my knees, and it was plain. There were no jewels or rhinestones on it, not even lace. It was simple.

   " Why did you grab this one? I have to work today and I need my maid's dress. "

   " I thought it was time for a change. "

Wrong; what Quinn was trying to do was to get you used to wearing something other than a maid's dress. One day you would be the queen and he didn't want you wearing a maid's dress then. He wanted you to be comfortable in other dresses and outfits.

   " I just found it. "

   " Well, can you unlock the door so I can change? "

   " I don't see the problem with changing in here. "

   " I do. I would rather not change in front of you. "

   " I'll turn around. "

   " No, you won't. You are already perverted enough so I know you won't. "

Quinn stood up and faced away from you.

   " Either you change or I change you and I don't mind doing it either. So I suggest you change before I count to ten. "

You raised your eyebrow at Quinn not sure if he was serious. But your anxiety grew when he started counting.

   " Ten. "

You stood up from the bed and made sure he didn't turn around.

   " Nine, eight. "

You reached for the zipper on your dress and zipped it down.

   " Seven. "

You slipped the dress off of you, leaving your body to be hit by the hot air around you.
