Chapter 16

Jieun woke up by the noise coming outside the window, it was raining She gently rubbed her eyes and let out a yawn, she take a look at the wall clock it was only 6 in the morning. As she remove the blanket upon her, the cold breeze touch her skin making him shiver. She immediately further up the blanket. She take glance at his friend who was sleeping peacefully on the couch, she faintly smile at the boy.

Until Jieun realized that Taehyung was shivering. She got up from the and and took the blanket which was fallen on the floor. She moved towards the boy in order to put the blanket on him but suddenly she tripped on a rug and hovered over the boy. Taehyung slowly open his eyes and got surprised seeing Jieun upon him.

“ G... good morning ” his voice cracked.

“ Uh I am.... I was.. You were shivering so I- ” the boy put his index finger on Jieun's lips indicating her to calm down. They keep their long gaze until someone knocked at the door. The girl immediately got up on her feet and headed to open the door revealing Namjoon.

“ Oh you are awake....” Jieun nodded her head as an answer.

“ Tae I have some work for you ” the older boy said to Taehyung.

“ Oh Ok hyung I'm coming ” he got up and went towards Namjoon.

Jieun strom towards the kitchen to make breakfast for them but Taehyung told her that he can cook and won't let Jieun to cook.

“ how is the food? ” Taehyung asked.

“ It's delicious... ”

“ you liked it? ” he said in a surprised tone “actually I'm not that good at cooking”

“ No it's really tasty ” the girl offers him an assuring smile.

“ Well I at least cook better then hyung ” he teased the elder and bursted into laughter.

“ I'm going to the library now ” Namjoon stand up from the chair and left the two of them.

After having breakfast, Jieun decided to wash the dishes and this time she somehow managed to appease his friend. She was washing the dishes when Taehyung come from behind to help her.

“ Ya! What are doing here? ”

“ you helped me a lot now it's my time to pay back ” she stated turning her head towards the boy.

“ oh it is so then I will help whenever you need me ” Taehyung offers her his boxy smile.

“ ok then do a favor ”

“ what... ”

“ let me wash these dishes ” and for the first time Taehyung agree to let the girl do her work.

“ Can I drop you at the coffee shop ”

“ Okay.. ” the girl nodded which make Taehyung grin.

Jieun was almost done her things and was ready to go to home when her phone started ringing. She took out her phone from her jeans pocket, the caller ID was unknown.

“ Hello? May I know who you are? ” the girl questioned. The unknown person clear his throt before speaking.

“ It's me.. ”

“ Who? ”

“ Me.. ”

“ would you like to tell your name mister? ” the girl hissed in anger and was about to hung up.

“ It's me Jihoon ” the person on the phone finally introduce himself.

“ Jihoon? How did you got my number? ”

“ I have my ways...btw would you please visit me in the coffee shop ” Jieun sence the worriness in his voice.

“ in the coffee shop.... Why? ”

“ I heard your apartment owner kicked you out ”

“ yes... ” the girl replied in a low tone.

“ where are you staying at ” for the first time Jieun noticed Jihoon being serious.

“ At my friend's house ”

“ Oh that's a relief ” he sighed and obliviously the girl heard that.

“ Jihoon...... Are you ok? ” she asked out of the blue.

“ Yeah, are you okay?”

“ obviously what you happen to me? Anyway ” the girl laugh out.

“ thank god!....I'll call you later” he hesitantly said and hung up the phone.

“ what in the earth happened to him ” Jieun mumbled to himself.
