Chapter 11

“ Agh! you are a great lair ” Jieun teased someone through the phone.

“ I'm not lying it's true that Mr Haegue Yang told me to work with him ” the girl from the other side of the phone stated.

“ I know you're not lying dumbo I was teasing you ”

“ I am not dumbo by the way my mom told me that your parents are forcing you to marry someone ”

Hayoon's words make Jieun sad, “ Can we talk about some other topic... Please!!”

“ Oh okay ” her best friend hesitantly said.

“ the bus have arrived I'll call you later ”

“ Mmhm Bye... ” with that Hayoon hung up the phone.

Jieun got on the bus and take her seat. It's been a week since she got the job, over the past week Taehyung and Jieun become very close to each other and she kinda loves hanging out with Taehyung and his friends. She was so lost in her preoccupied that Out of the blue, a person came and sit beside her which makes Jieun startled.

She turned to see the person and her eyes widened after seeing him. It was none other than Jihoon, “ What in the earth.. ”

“ What? Why you got shocked? ” the boy said wearing a smirk on his face.

“Are you stalking me how dare you? ” said Jieun her face redden in anger.

“ No! I was going to my friend's place when I spot you here ”

“ Whatever... ” she rolled her eyes and got up from the seat.

“ Where are you going? ” Jihoon was confused by the girl action.

“ Going to break this window and throw me wanna join? ” She hissed offering Jihoon a pan am smile.

“ Seriously ” the boy laughed out which catches the attention of other passengers on the bus.

The moment bus stopped Jieun stormed towards the gate, got out from there as soon as possible.

“ Jieun wait whatever happened that day—”

She stopped and turn around to see the boy, “ save it for later Jihoon ” and with that, she began to walk again.

“eun wait for a minute ” this time Jihoon run after Jieun and hold her hand.

“ Jihoon stop with your excuses I beg ” She fumed in anger.

“ I wasn't— ” He began.

“ I wasn't supposed to say yes that day, I was forced just like you ” the boy claimed letting go of her wrist.

“ it's okay, maybe I overreacted a bit, lets talk about this some other day ” The girl again began to walk to her working place.

“ wait— ” Jihoon stopped her for the second time.

“ what's now? ”

“ you are not angry, are you? ”

Jieun chuckled “ I never was, I was just stressed a little. ”

Jihoon smiled back at his friend.

After arriving at the cafe she greet her boss and went to changing room to got changed.

Jieun was washing the dishes while thinking about what happened few hours ago.

“ Jieun are you ok ” A voice suddenly spoke catching the girl off gaurd.

“ Ye.. Yeah I am alright Mrs Kim ” she offers her a faint smile.

“ but I am disappointed by you ”

“ Huh? ”

“ How many times I have to tell you that stop calling me mrs Kim ” the lady cross her arms while glaring at Jieun.

“ oh! I'm sorry mrs- I mean aunt ” She giggled at the lady.

“ one more think Tae called me he and his friends are coming ” hearing Taehyung's aunt words Jieun's mood light up.

“ alright then do your work ” Heejin said to the girl while wearing a smile and went towards the kitchen.

“Almost hour had past and Taehyung and his friends still weren't't here” Jieun thinks. She was glancing at the door again and again, in actual fact she herself don't know why she's acting like this.

All of sudden a customer spoke, “ I would like to order two pastries ” Jieun nodded and went to take his order.

She rushed towards the customer's table still glancing at the door. She take a last look at the door and sighed.

As she was about to turn around someone bumped into her. She stumbled and close her eyes to meet the floor but she didn't feel any pain instead she realised someone is holding her.

Jieun slowly open her eyes in order to see the person. Her eyes widened seeing who it was.....
