Chapter 22

The afternoon sun bathed the buildings in its warm light. Tiny specks of dust seemed to dance in the shaft of afternoon sunlight that slanted through the window. Jieun was in big confusion about what Taehyung asked her. She parading in her room, " He is my friend but he is more than friend or am I thinking like this just because he help me a lot of times? "

" Arghhhhh" The confused girl runs her hand through her hair. She decided to take a shower and went to washroom. After coming back she changed into her casual clothes, she then search for her phone and finally found it which was placed at the bed. She unlock it and saw 3 missed calls from Jihoon. She frowned thinking why did he call her. As she was about to call him back the phone started ringing, Jihoon that's what written on the caller ID.

" Ah..sorry I was in washroom that's why I didn't answer your calls " the girl stated.

" It's totally fine no need of apologizing " the boy on the other side of the phone smiled although he knew she couldn't see him.

" actually can you meet me now please I'll send you the address"

" but why we can meet at evening's dinner "

" Please I have something to clear it out "

" Oh okay "

Taehyung was at Jimin's house and were talking about random stuff. He just want to forgot about what happened this morning. He had a mixed feeling of anger and being broken.

After sometimes he decided to go back home. Jimin decided to go with him.
As they both were in their way to home Jimin began to spoke.

" I'm hungry let's eat somewhere " Jimin whined.

" Ah! Now I'm hungry too" they both decided to eat at the nerby restaurant, as they were about to enter Taehyung saw Jieun and Jihoon smiling at each other and that was enough for Taehyung's heart, " it is hard to see the love your life with another guy " He knows that he was being dramatic but he can't help it. He stopped at where he was standing.

" Yah! Why are you standing like sculpture" his friend tapped his shoulder.

" N.. no Nothing " he slightly shake his head, " Let's go somewhere else "

" What? but why? "

" I don't like the taste of food here " he mentally cursed himself because he definitely not good at lying.

“ it's alright I'm too hungry to go anywhere else” Jimin whined and grabs Taehyung's wrist as he started to drag him.

“ Naah! ” a sudden yelled left from his mouth, Jimin starred at him giving him a suspicious look.

“ I know a good restaurant nearby let's just go there ”

“ But ” Jimin sighed in defeat, “Okay let's go other place then ”

" So why did you call me here? " Jieun asked the boy in front of her.

" What do you think about me? " Jieun shocked a little at the boy's straight question.

" Huh? I mean when we were in middle you used to be so annoying and clingy I was kinda jealous of your top notch grade but you were always nice to me until high school when you just suddenly decided to be total stranger to me " the girl takes a sip of his drink.

" I don't asking that " he bitterly chuckled.

" What do you want me to say then? "

" Jieun......... I like you " out of the blue Jihoon claimed, “ I've liked you ever since middle school and, and i keep falling deeper and deeper for you, I stopped talking to you during our high school year because I was confused with my feelings and maybe scared. I was a coward back then and I still am.... ”
