The evening sun cast long shadows on the ground. The slanting rays of the setting sun gave a warm orange tinge to the sky. Jieun was in her way back to home, she was thinking about the event that happened yesterday. She really don't have any idea what happened to her whenever she is around Taehyung. It happening from the past few days.
When he smile it's feels like a certain kind of euphoria for Jieun. The time they spent together feels like it going to fast. Whenever he come close to her butterflies start fluttering in her stomach.
“God ” she take a deep sighed. She was walking down to the hill suddenly she stumbled and fall on the harsh concrete road. She groaned in pain and saw her knee was bleeding. She somehow managed to got up and think to treat her wound after she go back home.
Jieun eyes widened as she saw some people are throwing her stuff out of the house, she run to stop them.
“ HEY WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING? ” she yelled at them attracting their attention.
“ We are doing our work ” one of the man said.
“ IT'S MY APARTMENT, I RENT IT ”
“ Sorry miss but we got the order- ”
“ what order and from whom.. I paid for this apartment to live ” she fumed in anger.
“ we got the order from Mrs Kang ” Jieun froze at her place after hearing the name, Mrs Kang basically the real owner of this building. She pull out her phone from his bag as soon as possible and dial the owner number. After 5 rings she picked up the phone.
“ Mrs Kang did you tell these people to throw my stuff from the apartment ” the girl faltered.
“ Yeah..I tell them ” after hearing those words she got Jieun's nerves.
“ What do you mean by you order them, I paid my rent then why? ”
“ Yeah you did paid but I get more better offers ” the lady on the phone said.
“ YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME ”
“ I can do this I am doing this to you, you will get your money back don't worry... ”
“WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO LIVE NOW ” she screamed and tear started to form in the corner of her eyes.
“ I can't help it eun I'm sorry ”
“ but-” the lady hung up the phone. Jieun was shocked from the event, she fall on cemented floor. “ what should I do now? It's night already ” she cried. straight away the dark sky lit by the lightening which startled the girl. She bend her knee, hugged herself. Once again the lghtning flashed across the sky and the girl started sobbing loudly. Jieun was shivering as the cold breeze hit her skin.
Out of the blue he felt leather upon her. it was a jacket. She turned around just to see the person, she can't really see him in the dark. The light started flickering and Jieun's eyes met a pair of dark brown eyes. She hugged him tightly and started sobbing in his chest since she saw who it was.
“ It's ok don't worry I'm here now ” he stroke the girl's hair. His deep yet soft voice make Jieun calm.
“ what are you doing here at this time ” the girl pulled out from the hugged.
“ you forgot this at the shop ” he show Jieun a hand bracelet. Jieun was so pleased how can someone be this kind, he come here just to give her bracelet back.
“ But I guess I come in a right time ” Jieun nodded at Taehyung's words. She explain everything that happened to her few minutes ago.
“ Would you like to stay in my house...”
