It's the next morning and I get ready for school. I drive up to Mystic falls high and text Dawn. Dawn replies immediately back saying that's she's by the entrance. I walk up to the school and wave at Dawn, she waves back.
"Hey" I say.
"Hi, what's up".
I then say "You wouldn't believe the day I had yesterday after you left".
She then says "What happened"?
"Damon happened".
She gasps "OMG do tell"!
"Well he approached me like you said, and he tried to find out my name and he kissed my cheek and disappeared into thin air" .
"Typical Damon move".
As I am about to ask her how he disappeared she starts walking in.
We go to class and meet up at lunch. We eat and then she tells me she's going to the dance studio and if I want to come with, I say "No"
. I wanted to take a walk and clear my head. I walk outside for a bit and see a guy with russet skin, very dark hair and eyes leaning on a motorcycle. He looks incredibly hot! He was reading a book and had a leather jacket hugging his muscular body. From my distance I couldn't see what book it was.
Thinking to myself..."What if he's one of the fu** boys"?
I walk back in toward my locker thinking about to the boy and there again is Damon.
He says "Hi beautiful".
I scrunch my face in disgust and proceed to open my locker.
He slams It closed and says "I found out your name... Lacie" he cockily smiles.
I say "Move out of my way".
He pins me to my locker, I'm so close that I smell his cologne, his breath on me. In that split second I see that shine in his eyes hungrily looking at me, he leans closer as my breath becomes shallow and then I hear "Get off of her", Damon turns slowly. Its the boy from before.
Damon says "Make me"! All of a sudden Damon's on the floor holding his jaw. I quickly get off the locker and trip falling into the boys arms.
He smiles and lifts me up, he then says "Hi I'm Jacob, what's your name"?
I stare for like five seconds and then say "La-acie".
Jacob moves a stray hair from my face, tucking it behind my ear and says "Glad I was here to save you, I wouldn't have met you".
I try not to smile but I did. OMG! LACIE WOODS, YOU JUST SMILED.
He waves goodbye and says "Bye Lacie".
I looked down and Damon is still on the floor rubbing his Jaw. I smile and walk over him bye "Saunders".
