Brain washed

Dawn POV

I lay on the ground on my side in shock. That asshole tricked me. Jacob comes down the stairs with a worry expression. 

"Are you okay"? He says. 

"Yeah..." I say brushing my pants. 

"What was that all about it Dawn"? Jacob says as he closes the door. 

"I think Damon has gone to do something very very stupid". I sigh. 

Jacob looks concerned. "And what is that"? 

"I think Damon went over the edge, he is way in his head, it seems to me he went to go get Stephen". 

Jacob grits his teeth and clenches his fist. 

We hear another sound behind us, Lacie is up the stairs slowly making her way down. She has a ghostly expression. 

Jacob grins and heads over to her, "Lacie, you're finally awake"!!

Lacie stares at him with a blank face. Jacob goes to touch her and she begins to freak out. She hits him and yells. 

"Don't touch me"!!!!! "I belong go Stephen" !!!!

Jakes eyes go dark. He drags her back upstairs.

Jacobs POV

  I take her into the bathroom and fill the bath tub.

She sits in anxious mess and beings pulling her hair. 

She shivers and says "take me back.." repeatedly. 

I try to talk to her but all it seems to do is just go in one ear and through the other. 

"Lacie are you okay... its as if your brain washed". 

Dawn comes in and sets down some towels, "I think she's compelled Jake". 

"What should we do then"? 

"I can make a spell but it will cause her agony, Hills is a strong old vampire so it will take a lot of time".

"Do it... do it for her, she's not herself". 

"We should get Damon, Jake".

"I don't care about him now, if he wanted to go on a suicide mission he can go ahead, all I care about is Lacie's well being". His voice cracks.

Dawn gets up and rubs my shoulder. "Okay, but she will be put through a lot of pain".

"Do it"...
