Damon POV

I laid Lacie's unconscious body at the back seat of my car. Dawn runs out of the bar in shock.

"Damon.. What the hell"!!!

I look at her and unlock the car door.

"She turned off her humanity switch".

"What.... What does that even mean"?

I sigh, "When a Vampire turns off their humanity  switch things turn bleak. It usually happens when a Vampire is at there lowest point. Its like peeling off every single emotion. Vampires become reckless and blood thirsty."

Dawn stares at me looking worried.

"What can we do about it... can we fix it...?"

"It will take a lot of work.. But we will have to make her feel again... we have to awaken her humanity and make her flip the switch again".

Dawn twirls her fingers in her lap. Her face becomes stern.

"Don't worry... my switch has been on and off for the past 100 years... it will be a piece of cake. I smile arrogantly.

Dawn gulps

Dawn gulps.

I turn the key in the ignition and drive back to Jacob's house.

Stephen POV

After harassing and abusing Jacob I became bored. It seems like the witch and Damon haven't noticed that I have been here, and my Lacie has still not come to me. I start breaking things around me. My plan isn't working. I throw a wooden chair across the room. Jacob begins shaking from left to right on the floor. Suddenly I hear the door upstairs, I stop throwing things and became quiet.

*Damon: Come on Dawn open the door. I'm going to set Lacie here on the couch*

*Dawn: Okay Damon, I'll go make some Tea*

My eyes go wide, "Lacie is here!!"

I can't just go up there, I need to surprise them...

I go into the next room and lock the wolf boy in the other. I pour myself some Bourbon.
